Waited with my daughter for child pedi for over an hour. There were about 6 people who came in after us and were taken back before us. When I tried to ask about how much longer there were about 5 staff at the desk who completely ignored me gave zero eye contact and looked through me to call people back. I saw a new nail tech on Sunday only because they told me that my nail tech was going to be late. She was not late. She was doing a pedicure. At any rate, I had the tech named Tim. When he began, I had looked over my left shoulder and he apparently was angry about that. A short while later, I needed to cough and pulled up my shirt to my mouth with the hand that was not being done, I could tell that he was really pissed off. For the rest of the service, he did not speak to me at all. He did in fact, hold my finger fingers so tightly that they hurt. I will never allow him to do my nails again. My nails are also different lengths and he did not ask me how I wanted them shaped. So, I am not happy. read more

They have changed the name to BB Nail salon and Cocktails. The place is a showplace from the second you walk through the door. There was a small bar to the left and drying station to the right. If I have anything negative to say it would be the waiting area, I felt it could have been a little bigger, maybe the same amount of seating, just make it roomier to add to the elegance of the place. I was there for what most places call a spa pedicure, i got the closest thing that was listed to it and it was amazing. It was a few dollars more than I would typically spend, but that was okay, because I was vacationing. They also gave me 10% off for it being my first visit. Also, because I was vacationing I added a vodka cranberry to the check! I will go back if I need anything next time I'm in town. read more

i went with two other women, we all got the same package. i am pregnant and was really looking forward to pampering however the lady that did my toes did not scrape my dead skin off or provide the massage included in my package. both women who i were with got both of these things. im very unhappy as the massage was the whole reason i even wanted the pedicure, but the lady who did my toes seemed extremely rushed. i was completely finished with my girl before the other girls had even started painting. very unhappy and would like some sort of voucher. will be leaving a review on google as well. read more

But yesterday I had a brand new nail tech, unfortunately, he used a drill across all of my cuticles and continued on till it burned, after leaving, all 10 of my cuticles bled, burned and swelled the next day, after making them aware of the situation , they only offered a discount for next visit, did not seem concerned and refused refund and not willing to right the wrong even after sending photos of my ripped up fingers. This is definitely not standard practice to be in pain , they stated it was normal, that I probably has thin skin Excuse me? I'm 56, never had a manicure that left me in this condition!!! I'll never go back especially now with the lack of concern! Hoping NOT to develop infections! read more

I thought I had finally found a decent salon. It appears I was wrong. My second trip to this salon. The first visit was great. This time not so much. I was highly disappointed. This time Charlie didn't ask if I wanted my nails clipped he just cut them short. The whole point of me getting them dipped is to let them grow, otherwise I would just get acrylics. He was rushed and there was no conversation. He seemed to be more concerned with a group of four women that came in rather than his own client. The color I chose was not the color I ended up getting. Could have been much better. I had to find a new nail tech for my last balance since my tech was on vacation. Went to BB Nail Salon & Spa on March 16 and 11 days later, I've had two nails fall off and one nail has a fungus. Called today, March 27 to get them fixed and they said I would have to pay for the service again. Your balance should last more than 11 days. Let's also talk about their pedicures. Went Saturday, March 23, and there was no hot water for the pedicure. The person that did my pedi said oh you'll be fine and we don't need hot water. I asked for the hot stone pedi and the pedicure was only about 25 minutes total. The tech told me that when I come in the morning, they are rushed and if I want more time, I should come between 12-3pm. Not to mention, I have never paid $92 for a pedicure. I do not recommend this place. It is like a factory and more about production versus quality. read more

My sister had her nails done here for her birthday yesterday while visiting my mother in Ohio and there was a tech who was extremely disrespectful and racist towards my little sister. My sister showed the rude lady the picture of what she wanted and the results were nothing like what she wanted. When she tried to communicate, this unprofessional woman had the audacity to cut her off and tell her "that is not what I asked you." "I asked you do you like it or not"... "The answer is just yes or no"... The woman was extremely forceful and demanding throughout the experience and left my sister in tears and frankly, they should not have even charged... Hope it was worth being disrespectful and RASIST toward another Asian just because my sister is Korean. I hope this lady is fired. I live close to this location so it's convenient and I don't have to drive far. They usually get me in pretty quick and I've never had any issues. The staff is quite nice. **Update, I went in on Sunday at 4 and was able to have my nails fixed for free of charge. Really appreciate Tam for fixing my nails and being so nice. I came in at 3:30 with no wait, thinking I'd have good service since there was no rush for a wait. There were bottles of Gatorade and water and coffee on the customer sides of empty stations. Worked sitting massaging each other, one was taking a nap at her station. My nails were filed 6 different ways and ended up bumpy with file lines. Gave a review from the text message and was sent a text back to come in for them to fix it. I came back at open, 12 to a full salon, definitely told me the wrong open time. Waited 30 minutes after checking in, with no one at the front except to check out customers. I'll try coming back later but I'm really disappointed with their customer service. This was my third time coming for dipping powder and I have never had bumpy nails with polish and powder all over my cuticles and underneath my nails. All of my nails are different lengths, none are shaped the same. I wanted to come to treat myself and I ended up disappointed and frustrated. read more
