This was my first ever mani/pedi and I am sooooo happy that I chose KC Nails. KC did my gel manicure and Lucy did my gel pedicure and, my goodness, they did such a great job! I felt very comfortable and relaxed the whole time. I feel like the price was worth it and would recommend them to anyone looking for a nail salon to try the place out. Thanks guys, I feel ready to vacay with confidence now!

Needed a last minute place to get my nails done and they got me in extremely last minute and I didn't have to wait at all! I had CK do my nails and they turned out amazing & I thought was priced better than most places. I will be back!

New, CLEAN salon on Broadway in Grove City. Very friendly people! I was pleasantly surprised! I normally go to a Lovely Nail salon on RomeHilliard and they rush you out of there so fast and don't speak to you, this was a nice change. Everyone was wearing a mask and they have the plastic barriers at all stations. They had clients wear masks as well and wash hands upon entering the salon. They are obviously taking COVID seriously, which I appreciate. 8 massage pedicure chairs and 6 hand stations. Very nice! They had some grand opening specials, but it looks like their prices are the same as most other salons I've been to.

Recently just had a manicure service at this salon as a walki-in customer and I'm so satisfied with my nails! The older male nail technician listened to my request for a short pointed almond shape and got it perfect with little effort. I will definitely be coming back! Definitely check them out. read more

This is my second time here for a pedicure since moving to Columbus from out of state. I was very happy with it the first time and made a mental note of the signs that were up stating that you get 10% off if you pay with cash. Of course, it had been a few months, so I forgot. Again, I was happy with my pedicure and, while the prices are a TINY bit high, I'm happy to pay it knowing I'm going to get friendly service and good results. I'm still adjusting to the price difference of services here vs. where I was before in central Kentucky. I went for the deluxe pedicure, which includes scrub and hot towels because me heels were ROUGH. I'll be back, but I'll probably stick with a standard pedicure for $35 instead of the deluxe for $45. read more

It's ok after going for a few month's. If your in need of a nail salon and you want to wait an hour or two with an appointment this is the place to go. Basic nail care and basic pedicures. I say try for yourself the experience. read more

My first time here as a walk-in. Nice greeting at the door. But just an ok experience with Lucy. Will go again and request a different technician. My pedicure was basic lasted about 25min. Very clean, professional and friendly. Gel and pedicure on my feet included a fantastic pro leg message and my powder dip nails were perfect. The technician wasn't happy with the texture and he changed it 2x to make it perfect. It seemed as though the air conditioning temp was affecting the drying but I didn't have to ask for him to fix it. He was on it before I could say anything. Our first time here tonight. Group of four of us. We made an appointment many days ago. We were treated so well! Love the atmosphere here. Friendly people, warm and inviting. We've decided this is our new spot. And the services were top notch - they took care with all of the details. Also, they have cats eye available here which is not everywhere. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, Value This was my first time there and my first impression was that it was clean and organized. The owner of the store did my dip powder nails. He was very personable and friendly. He also did a great job on my nails..they have lasted over four weeks! Compared to other places they are reasonably priced..they give 10% off if paying cash. Great value and service. Overall it was a great experience and I will continue to go back. read more

I could go on and on about this salon. First thing I noticed was the look. It was beautifully decorated and extremely clean. I have had a million pedicures at many different places and this was BY FAR my best experience! I'm pretty sure his name was Jackson and he was phenomenal! My feet were pretty rough because of Covid and he made them look amazing and feel great. 100% will be back! I will now recommend KC Nails to everyone! read more

If i could give this 0 stars i would. I went here to get my nails done for my birthday. I went and got the dipping powder with french tips because i heard it was more natural and lasted longer. I liked the natural nail look, however, it was not what i was quite looking for. Don't get my wrong I really liked the nails. Only problem is that i was SUPER overcharged for something SUPER SIMPLE. i looked and even CALLED THE PLACE BEFORE BOOKING. I asked how much and they told me that it would be $55. So i agreed ( I shouldn't have) to get them done and booked with them. Long story short, i ended up being charged an extra random $20 out of no where. I don't believe I should of been charged that much. I didn't get a chance to say if i wanted to tip or not they just added it to my bill. Please save your money and don't go here, if this type of service is what your looking for. Will not be returning. read more

So it doesn't end there - less than two weeks later my nails start breaking. I went back to get one fixed and even the guy fixing it seemed confused as to why it broke so easily. Obviously they weren't thick enough- that's why! I went back and got them balanced and didn't get gel, the regular polish didn't even look that great but oh well still a lot cheaper than last time. So the other nails broke within the next week one by one. It got to the point to where I just decided the heck with it all and got them taken off- for $15.00 plus tip! This set of nails lasted me about a month roughly. Doesn't get much better than this folks!! I will never go back. A big waste of time and money!

My first time at the spa. Jackson did an excellent job on my feet! He was very gentle and careful throughout the process. He noticed I had discoloring from bacteria on my toes and recommended using apple cider vinegar. In all the years I have gotten pedicures, no other technician recommended a way to help with the discoloration. Thank you Jackson! You're awesome! read more
