It's been weeks, they've acknowledged that they've left my carpet streaky - they know they have done a bad job an apparently; do not care. They refused to call me back at all. That was until I started saying "I don't want to reschedule, I want a refund so someone else can fix it. I do not trust you anymore." I got one (1) single call back to re-schedule, not refund, in the 8 calls I have made trying to get them to fix their bad job. The only helpful person I have spoken to is Lily, she seemed genuinely concerned and like she genuinely wanted to solve the problem - very sweet. Even she wasn't able to get owner Zachary Morris to stand behind his values as owner of Cleaning Solution and his stated satisfaction guarantees. This review can come down if they change my mind of about their behavior. At this point, all I can do is warn people about this company - it's pretty clear they're cowards who would rather ghost an unhappy client than fix a mistake. Shame on them.

They DO try to prep the crew coming in on the customer preferences, but seeing the same faces each time is beneficial. I DID have the same crew three times in a row but they were pretty bad.... spent under an hour and charged full price but to Zak's credit, I was switched to a new crew and NOT charged for the poor service I received! I have a crew now headed up by Lotus and both ladies are PHENOMINAL! Everything was spot on! I'll keep my fingers crossed that they are the faces I see going forward!

You need to make sure you're not sending some whacko to meet your mother, in her own home, and safe place. Also, my poor mom hasn't EVER had a house cleaner in her whole life. She now is older, and has had health issues for a long time. She also lost her husband a few years ago, and I know she just doesnt have any energy or motivation to do what most people consider every day, simple tasks. A deep clean you say? Then every 3rd appointment or 6 weeks, would have some drama and no-show. If she would have even given me notice the night before or by early a.m., I could have switched days or at least not worked for over two hours clearing every dog or clutter thing getting ready for her to come. But NOOOO, Sharon would text 20 minutes AFTER she was scheduled to be here with some drama and no-show us. Grand finale August 16th was big drama over having to talk to a police officer after yesterday's client was stolen from-- via a phone call 20 minutes after scheduled start time--and it turned out the officer just phoned for a few minutes, but meanwhile we were totally NO-SHOWED AGAIN. So I just requested return of our gate opener. THAT WAS NEARLY A MONTH AGO. Sharon thinks she now has reasons to tell me off and only today, decided to mail the opener back as I requested on August 17.
