Following up with a second review, since like a fool, I have continued attempts to do business with them: Not of their cleaning service- we know how I feel about that. But their customer service and their commitment to their stated values as a business. It's been weeks, they've acknowledged that they've left my carpet streaky - they know they have done a bad job an apparently; do not care. They refused to call me back at all. That was until I started saying "I don't want to reschedule, I want a refund so someone else can fix it. I do not trust you anymore." I got one (1) single call back to re-schedule, not refund, in the 8 calls I have made trying to get them to fix their bad job. The only helpful person I have spoken to is Lily, she seemed genuinely concerned and like she genuinely wanted to solve the problem - very sweet. Even she wasn't able to get owner Zachary Morris to stand behind his values as owner of Cleaning Solution and his stated satisfaction guarantees. This review can come down if they change my mind of about their behavior. At this point, all I can do is warn people about this company - it's pretty clear they're cowards who would rather ghost an unhappy client than fix a mistake. Shame on them. read more

We have been using Cleaning Solutions for a little more than six months now. The only negative.... well there are two.... #1 it would be GREAT if you could get the same crew every time. They DO try to prep the crew coming in on the customer preferences, but seeing the same faces each time is beneficial. I DID have the same crew three times in a row but they were pretty bad.... spent under an hour and charged full price but to Zak's credit, I was switched to a new crew and NOT charged for the poor service I received! I have a crew now headed up by Lotus and both ladies are PHENOMINAL! Everything was spot on! I'll keep my fingers crossed that they are the faces I see going forward! read more

ZERO STARS! Unreliable! Cancelled first appointment on me an hour before. Rescheduled for today at 1:30 and still no call, no show!! No one answers the phone. Don't waste your time with this company. read more

The first technician was worthless, after calling in they sent me the other technician which appeared to do a decent job...my only complaint is they missed my appointment and didn't honor the quoted price given over the phone although they have cleaned my place a few times in the past....other than paying a higher price and switching technicians the guy that came out seemed to do a thorough job... enough to tip him appropriately.... Thanks! UPDATE 8/15 Well several days after my cleaning spots have appeared and my Master Bedroom smells like dogs even after I paid extra for level two cleaning....of course I called in, left a message on FB and am still awaiting a return call after 4 days later.... Great ! UPDATE 8/16 Another day gone by with no contact other than a message in Facebook from the owner saying he would reach out to me today....well that didn't happen and to remove my bad review on Facebook they blocked me...lol... That should tell you something! UPDATE 8/19 Well after leaving a voicemail message for Zack I have still yet to have any communication from the company...I thought the advertisement states Guarantee? Guessing this isn't the case! UPDATE 9/3 As you can clearly read the response from the company which makes no since since the first technician stated no pet services were needed and was asked to leave after quoting an insane price increase of over 65%.. after calling in and requesting this issue be resolved was why the second technician was called out... your statement makes no common since... you really should learn the facts and not fabricate a story to save face...it just makes you look incompetent unfortunately... not to mention its taken you over 3 weeks to respond...I am the customer and its not my job to reach out to your company 10 times ... do what you say when you tell someone your going to make contact... don't push it off to your customers.....WOW!!! 1st Rule in Business...Customer Service! Great small business that is family run and very detail oriented! Carpets look brand new when they're finished with them!

Even though I've had another professional carpet cleaner clean my carpets in the past (and I was happy with their work), I saw ads for Cleaning Solutions, read the positive reviews for CS (on google and their FB posts - should have read yelp reviews also) and wanted to give them a try this time. Biggest Mistake I've Ever Made! I am not one to write negative reviews, so for me to write a bad review shows how upset I was. The first cleaning job left dirt streaks on my carpet. I requested a re-do by someone else. Another carpet technician re-did the carpets and agreed the original cleaning was not up to their standards. His re-do of the carpets made it look much better and I was happy with that at first . . . but what we noticed that evening was beyond awful - our entire living carpet smelled like cat urine and we've never had a cat in our house! The smell was gagging and I could not even be in my house it was so bad. I thought my carpets were ruined. I re-shampoo'd again with my own cleaner - twice - and the smell was still strong. To say I was livid is an understatement. I called up the company we've used in the past, he came out right away, and also noticed the awful cat urine smell. He treated my carpet with a solution that attacks the smell at the molecular level (not just at an enzyme level - this smell needed something beyond that!) and NOW my carpets are finally back to their original condition. This has been the most awful experience and waste of $400+. read more

Awesome/friendly people! If you have pets I highly recommend getting your carpets cleaned. They did a really great job getting the stains out of my area rug and carpet. They also cleaned the outside of my house with the pressure washer and did a fantastic job not removing the house paint. read more
