The gentlemen came out, very nice. No idea what their names were as they started without me…read moreactually knowing they had arrived. They seemed to really be rushing, including walking across the roof to the back yard gutters instead of hooking up the hose out back. Before arriving, and at appointment scheduling, I told them to please park on my property. They parked at my neighbors and when I asked them to move, they said they wouldn't be long. Of course my neighbor came home and asked them to move (how embarrassing). When they were finished, they told me to turn the water off to the house. A FLOOD OF WATER WAS GUSHING DOWN MY HOSE BIB AS IT HAD BUSTED. Did they notice this in the beginning or at the end??? I had to call a plumber and pay over $1,000 to cut the drywall and replace my hose bib. NEVER will I have this done in winter again!!!

They were able to improve with my existing gutters -- making them more efficient than ever. These people are FAST: I requested a quote on Sunday night, received a phone call from the owner on Monday, they did their evaluation on Tuesday (with live texted updates/pictures/quotes), and the work was completed Thursday and Friday. Talk about a quick turnaround time! The VALUE of the work is incomparable to other places. The work performed went above and beyond what I thought a gutter company would do (beyond the gutter guard install, they did chimney repainting, facia recreation, weather proofing, and tree trimming). They were very CONVENIENT: They stuck to the quote, and had us Venmo a 10% down payment. The Venmo and texting options made this process seamless and easy. We could complete almost all communications virtually, so I never had to be home at a time, or write any checks. Sorry for the late post. This work was done in 2024…read more Had a leak coming into the basement around the chimney area. Called Reese & Sons because of their high rating and positive reviews. Lucas answered while on an existing job. He was very honest saying he can't drop by to make an assessment. Knowing the importance of the situation, he said he'll have his father drop by to take a look. The father (was it Joe?) came by as promised and saw that the previous roofer didn't put flashing around a portion of the chimney. He gave a couple of possible fixes and I picked the more expensive one. He gave me a break on price if i went with the more expensive fix which i appreciated. Before showing up for the work due to budgeting issues i changed to the lower price solution. He didn't have any problems with this change. He and his other son (not Lucas) came on the day as promised. The funny thing was I didn't know they were there until i heard banging outside! They ripped some of the old roof tiles, installed new flashing and overlay them with some leftover tiles I had laying around. They also caulked around other parts of the chimney. They cleaned up their mess. There were aome storms afterwards and no leak! Thx to Lucas for knowing the importance of the problem and having your father and brother fit me into their schedule. And thx to father and son (was it Joe and Ezekiel?!) for fixing the leak! I would definitely consider them to put in a new roof when the time comes!
