I had a great experience with Fresh air flow. Ben is a true professional who stands by his work. Ben fixed a huge problem I had in my home with a fairly new system that was installed, he redid my trunk on the main home HVAC and routed a duct out of my basement into the main part of the home so I would get proper airflow. Before the custom repair, I had little airflow in my home which amounted to huge electric bills when heating and cooling the home. Now I have great airflow in the home making it much more comfortable. He also noticed my heater exhaust was not to code (the inspector didn't​ catch this) and recommended I change to high efficiency in the future. I went ahead and had him replace this unit as it was causing carbon monoxide gasses in my home. Now no more cO2 alarms in the middle of the night! The custom work he did in my pool area created an efficient system, the supply and return were built next to each other by the previous owner which caused inefficient heating and cooling. Don't waste your time with these overpriced companies that will try and sell you services you don't need. Ben used his knowledge to actually calculate​ the airflow I should be getting from my unit and matched it with the correct size trunk. To top it off he recommended a great contractor to do some home repairs I needed and he is a professional​ as well. It looks great and functions well! I live in a 3 story home in the Fishtown are of Philadelphia and our AC Unit does not generate enough power to cool our top floor, which happens to be our bedroom. First of all, the office is very responsive. Whenever i call or email I am quick to get a helpful response. And they make every effort to come out as soon as possible. The technician was very thorough. Although my initial issue had resolved itself with the change in weather, the technician did not just dismiss that there had been an issue and made sure to check all aspects of my system that could have led to the problem. He found a few minor concerns and also made some adjustments. He was very good about making recommendations on what to check in the future or how to avoid a repeat problem. I requested an estimate online for a regular maintenance for my AC late in the evening and I got a response within a few minutes with a very reasonable quote. It was easy to schedule a visit and they were very flexible in accommodating my last minute schedule change. They kept me updated with their arrival time. Our heating system broke down while it was bitterly cold outside. Fresh Air Flow was very reactive and professional. They installed a new system within a day instead of two, even working far over time. The people working in the company are all pleasant and skilled. I highly recommend the company.
