He arrived right on time, wore shoe covers & was well-groomed. Branden asked many questions before looking at the problem, which I appreciated. Turned out I had a clog leading out to my Septic tank, which he resolved; advised me on proper maintenance, and gave me needed treatment to pour down my drains. I was so thankful Branden did not price-gouge and didn't "find" any other issues; even tho I'm a single woman over 50. His price was much lower than if I had gone with another company I almost used. I would highly suggest going with a different company than Anytime Plumbing - our experience was horrible. Seth was unprofessional and unprepared. After cutting the main plumbing lines, he left for close to three hours to get supplies. When he finally returned to work at 3pm, he then had to stay well into the evening (which certainly would not have been our preference) just so the drain could be functional and we could actually use any plumbing in the house. Although his company claims to have strong attention to detail and great customer service, when my husband pointed out some deficiencies in his work, Seth was very angry and defensive. My husband is an extremely fair man, and tried to calmly come to an agreement regarding fair compensation for the work that had been completed. Seth left the house with his apprentice to sit in the back of his truck for a long period of time pouting. The problems found in the work were very basic. The plumbing actually has to be in the plumbing wall. The rough in for the sink was over 22" in height which would have caused us serious problems for drainage after the project was completed. My husband and I went outside to ask how we could properly resolve this situation, and again, despite how calmly we tried to present some solutions, Seth was angry and rude. When finally coming back inside the house and trying to fix the poorly completed work, Seth put a screw right through the water line. Had my husband not caught Seth's mistake after he was gone, our basement would have been flooded. My husband (who is a carpenter and not a plumber), had to fix numerous mistakes and poor workmanship after Seth was gone, but it was easier for him to fix it himself than try to ask Seth to come back. Seth also left the worksite a complete mess. The whole experience was stressful and frustrating. When my husband reached out afterward to make Seth aware of his concerns (including the fact that he put a screw through the water line and would have flooded the basement), he received an extremely rude and unprofessional response from Seth. Although Seth's quote was high for the amount of work to be done, we proceeded because he was willing to get the job done quickly and we wanted to proceed with the renovation. We learned our lesson the hard way. It is absolutely worth slowing down, and getting multiple quotes from more experienced plumbers rather than rushing into hiring Seth. I am sharing this review for the sole purpose of trying to prevent other customers from having a similar experience to ours.

Well, I had to call them again just before Christmas for the same drain and found out that I had concrete piping that was causing the plug. Jason and his crew coordinated well with the City of Oak Ridge. They worked expeditiously to complete the installation in one day so that my 96 year old father would have power back by the end of the day. They returned the next day to label the panel box and to move the ground wire to a permanent spot. I was super impressed that they fully concealed the ground wire in the carport. All their work is extremely neat and professional. They travel with an 8 ft. ladder and made my dad so happy when they replaced a light bulb in the cathedral ceiling that had burned out.
