O.k. so I'm not the most organized person (i've passed that off as 'being creative' )and I also can't think very well with messy unorganization because as I keep making my piles bigger the less I think clearly. That's where Regina has come in. I also am trying to grow my business and hadn't known where to start. Little did I know Regina could help with that too. The first time she was over, we started with my closet. I think it's on her website. It was a nightmare! She works quickly, efficiently and I didn't feel judged in anyway. We got rid of about 5 bags and she did something so cool with my boots- She hung them up on skirt hangers! Fabulous idea! Absolutely amazing! Regina and her team are like organizational ninjas. Smart, warm, timely, super efficient, able to break down the problem and chew through it quickly...in other words, elevating one from overload to calm. Twice, in the past, I had people in to help and the results were barely mediocre. Regina and her team (Cathy, Mary and Brie) were able to quickly size up the situation spatially and go to town. They don't waste any time in moving forward and are extremely hard workers. Some people have an innate organizational gift, others do not. This team fills the gap for those of us needing help. In watching them work (and participating in the decision making about what to keep, donate and toss), I actually learned a great deal. They were wonderful with my teenage son who is a 'collector' and cannot toss anything. I was amazed how they had him involved with all aspects of the room purging and he didn't argue or try to bail on the task. That in itself is a small miracle! Four days ago I learned I had to unpack and reorganize my two car garage/storage room. I counted 45-boxes and about 8-racks of misc household items. I have a lot of fun cooking but one thing I did not like about my kitchen was that everything was everywhere. I decided to get some professional help to get started with organizing my kitchen. I contacted Regina and she contacted right back (Next day!) to schedule an appointment. Before her assistant Danielle visited my home, she called to make sure she understands what help I needed. Once she came, every minute was spent towards organizing, not only for kitchen but also building my organizational skills for future. She guided me how to clear the area, reorganize the things I need, categorize things that I use, and store them. My office looked as if a cyclone hit it! Seriously! Regina came in, sat me in a chair and began to ask me relative questions with regard to my many notebooks, papers, and files. Some information dating back to 1994!!! I realized based on the manner in which she posed a question, as she handed me a file or binder that I really did not need to hold on to so much "stuff." Regina came this morning and saved the day! What a relief to have my garage finally cleaned out. It was chin deep in 20 years of teacher treasures, my son had moved home for his last year of law school and my daughter had downsized from 4 to 2 bedrooms -without storage! They both agreed to help. It was even better that half of the junk belonged them :) Bless them for helping but there had been a few hoarding comments. Regina came to the retirement community I work for to do a workshop for our seniors. One of the biggest roadblocks we get from seniors is "I have too much stuff to get rid of before I can move" I can't thank Regina enough for her time in coming to our community. Our residents and prospective residents raved afterward about how helpful her workshop was and how wonderful she is. I personally loved her personality and how wonderful she engaged and encouraged everyone in the group to participate. I spent my day off on Sunday tearing through my shed and filled my car up with "stuff" I was planning to sell at the garage sale that I have been planning since last November. I was beyond duped by Regina. We had a wonderful first meeting, where she put my mind at ease thinking that my move would be seamless, and would be left with a fully unpacked and beyond ORGANIZED home. I guess the teams that she sends don't share the same orgaznization skills that she claims she does. I would recommend them as packers and unpackers, but organizers?? NEVER!! They also made me feel like I was a hassle. If you opened my cabinets and drawers, you would be horrified that they call themselves organizers. I did get an email from her about getting an extra day "as a gift". looking back, that was not a GIFT. it was having the job "finished" from that incompetant job done in the first place. In the notes that I was sent, it said that I had one of the girls redo my leggings and tshirts bc i was unhappy with it. Um, you would be too, if you looked at a stack of leggings that had a tshirt, a tank top and a sweatshirt mixed in. WASTE OF $7000. BUT, if you are looking to spend that to have people pack and unpack, great. otherwise, find a mover who will do that. Had she ever called me again to apologize, or do something to make it up (other than that fake "gift" of a day) I may not have had to write this review. I stumbled upon this company through internet searching --and then contacted Regina to get a quote for my garage which included years of accumulation --I sent her pictures and the same day she sent back a quote. The price seemed high but considering the cost of having so much clutter and stuff I couldn't let go of and feeling overwhelmed with it all I decided it would be worth it if the work got done well. I, like a lot of people, tend to have too much "stuff"...and in a studio apartment that becomes an extra challenge. I am also the kind of person who doesn't do well with organizing paperwork or throwing things away...I'm a saver who thinks "someday I might need that". Regina not only helped me clear a cluttered space to start, she also evoked the motivation in me to keep me going. Where to begin.... A dear friend who is now dealing with early stages of dementia has been a hoarder for many years. We needed to clean out 15 yrs worth of junk in a small space with 3 people and a pooch, to make room for a baby. It has been unfortunate that a baby brought us to this, but helpful. I was never really a person who accumulated much, as I hate the thought of moving yearly (school and helping ppl move) and then packing and unpacking things. Very inconvenient. Finally, the clutter got to me, but I didn't want to do anything about it, as I was comfortable with the accumulation. I am just sick of "another move." But there was no place for baby. So, hubby called Regina to ask for her help. I honestly HATED the fact that happened, although I know we and I needed the change. I didn't want to go through and see the waste and unnecessary that have gathered dust and not put to good use. I hate to deal with the psych issues growing up not having much, and always having hand me downs, and only about 150 items in the closet, including shoes, socks, underwear, and outerwear and no pretty things around the house. Very austere house, but loaded with newspapers all over the place. So, after meeting Regina, I really didn't want to clear anything, but know it was necessary. We had to have things done to the house, so I had to start clearing what needed to be done in the rooms. The bathrooms were first, then the kitchen counter top. Then I got an emergency injury needing surgery, and there goes the process of clearing up for the baby! So.... this is the home stretch. I am getting desperate, because it seems the progress I've made is 4 steps back. Everyone too busy even to help me out. Things are not getting done. I emailed Regina for her help a month before she sent her crew out to help. I am tired of doing things... and 7 or 8 mos with baby, no lifting allowed. So Regina sent over her crew of Mary, Faye, and Judy, and Richard. I can't say enough good things about them. We had new furniture to be built. They built that for us. We needed furniture moved out, they did that. It seems like we had a ton of paperwork to be shredded, or recycled (7 full bags in a huge huge recycle bag and 2 boxes of shred now), still going strong. They helped us sort into different categories personalized.... according to what we had. They helped us make decisions on what to keep and guided us on what is helpful to throw away. There is no pressure, however, if you are rational, and not emotional about things, RATIONALITY wins, and you end up returning double items or tossing (donate or throw) the older items. The crew is courteous, never pushy, quick in helping with decision making, and absolutely, knows what you need. I was initially embarrassed with all the things, and actually felt like I wanted to torch everything, but in the end, I see that they are correct in saying it's a mind thing to be aware of what goes inside the house and what to toss out, because it has frequent use. They NEVER NEVER try to change your mind, only guide you how to think about things. They are also very honest, ethical people (surprised me when Judy announced that she had found some significant sum of money in a wallet that hadn't been looked at for a while), and very nice and friendly to our pooch, who stayed outside with the gang. They even cleaned a bit (actually lots of dander and dust) of the dust from the floors and mopped and vacuumed to have a good working environment. They are prompt always and let you know what is going on and what will happen. I couldn't have felt more comfortable and no sense of dread by the end of the day. All in all, after they left, (we had 2 days with them), I was so glad to donate fancy stuff to 2 ladies in need of planning a special event for their daughter. I felt proud that my treasured items are being so appreciated and helped out the ladies in dire need.... event is in 5 months, and they really hadn't gotten the main items yet purchased. I was so glad my things actually helped them out. I know that most possessions don't end up that way, but I am so happy to see them being put to good use by someone who treasures those collections as much as I do (I can't use them now). So, final word. I would hire Regina and her crew again, well, hopefully not, as that would mean I have a good handle on necessary things. But if things were to get out of hand, I certainly would call her again. Thanks for the suggestion of 3 assistants each day. It makes the day go smoother and quicker. The company's website stood out among the competitors so I called the owner Regina, who was extremely accommodating of my busy schedule and got a crew scheduled for just two days after we first talked. So....I've been a bit overwhelmed. That's what I told Regina when she called me to discuss scheduling an appointment. I have injuries that have really challenged my organizing...and housekeeping skills. She is awesome! I hired A Clear Path to help move. I had a team of 3 for 3 days. Day 1 was packing. They came right in and got to work. I was blown away with how efficient they were and they didn't waste a minute. They packed everything with precision and care. Day 2 the movers came in the morning. Mary, the team leader, came to help facilitate and make sure we got EVERYTHING out of the old place (including the shower head I forgot was ours and our curtains/curtain rods). The rest of the team met up at the new place and started unpacking boxes as soon as the movers were bringing them in--it was incredible. Day 3 was unpacking and by the time they left everything was unpacked and most things were organized, it looked like we had lived there for months. Everyone was shocked to see how settled we were after 2 days! Even the moving company we used commented on how impressed they were with the team and got their contact info.
