I can't say enough about Laela. I decided to move house after 15 years and dramatically downsize. I was way over my head! Laela was amazing! She helped us organize our garage in one day (would e easily taken us 3-4 days!). I definitely don't think we could've accomplished this without her. She was extremely responsive in messaging and quick to schedule our appointment. We felt the job was done so well we had her help us with our closet too. I am very grateful that I found Laela to help a family member that needed help in restoring some peace and order in their home with compassion, kindness and no judgment. She is more than a label- maker type of organizer. She is able to connect and gage the bigger picture as to the complexities of hoarding. She worked one on one with my family member and they found it very helpful. I only wish we could retain her on a consistent basis because her value is like having a therapist and I realize that that for long term change, we would need to have her come on a regular basis. Everything went well: Quality of service, professionalism, organization, organizer boxes, shelves, pullout, you name it and Laela Ellison had excellent ideas to organize, display or dispose of stuff via donations or toss. Our kitchen, the island, dining room table and living room went from cluttered to spacious, open and usable. Our pantry has new pullout drawers that easily store, sort and provide easy access to pastas, sauces, snacks, rices, soups, can goods, etc. All of our kitchen cabinets and drawers are neat and organized. We can walk through the living room and kitchen without having to walk around clutter all thanks to Laela! Even the loveseat's hidden compartment is organized as well as our fireplace that has cabinets flanking the fireplace are now neatly organized. Laela is a real pro: she is a clear communicator, she has lots of good ideas that I had never thought of, she helped me weed out things I don't need in the gentlest way, and helped me plan my daughter's room in a way that only an expert with kids spaces could. Laela planned the space from soup-to-nuts, managing the installation/build-out of the closet, and organizing it in a way that will grow with my toddler and help her learn to be self-sufficient.
