Nothing but the old insulation was removed and nothing was sterilized. They only did one attic space initially even though we have 3. It looks months and pur stuff was still never sterilized or removed. We called them back recently to place more traps and seal any additional holes. They placed traps and left. They didnt even bother to look for other places to seal. Now they call me up to 6 times a day asking for money. They won't cancel my service. They won't send anyone out to check for holes. They claim the system cancels appointments if I'm not paid up, but why would I continue giving money to people who keep screwing me over?? Do not recommend.

Great service! Blake came out to help with our mice problem. We started with some traps to see if…read morethat would resolve the issue. Sadly, it did not. We had to do more. We called Blake out again to which he set more traps, identified entry points around the outside of the house, and sealed everything up. He was kind, polite, and very knowledgeable. He showed us what he was doing and why. I personally love when I learn the "why". After sealing up the house, he came back 2 weeks later to check on the traps and see how things were going. Their service comes with a solid warranty and any new critters we encounter, just give them a call and they'll come out to check, diagnose, and fix. It's not the cheapest to get your house sealed up, but worth it with the extra home visits and warranty. Highly recommend!

If you don't like early visits, call to reschedule the window that works for you. Orkin is great about that. They work hard to make everyone happy. The sun was not even completely up. Why? Because it was 6:44 in the morning. Was there any communication that this woman, Sally, was coming over? No there was not. she literally did this a month ago as well. Showing up unannounced at an unreasonably early hour. This is absolutely ridiculous. And it is completely unprofessional. Save your money. Don't go with a place like Oregon around here. Because they are nothing but unprofessional. If you are a female and have a male exterminator, come out, they will lie to you and try selling you unnecessary add-ons that have zero impact on pest control. And you'll get exterminators who are trying to have a side business and make money from the company they work for, much like I feel Sally is doing with us. I called the corporate number to report the situation, and I'm currently waiting to hear back.
