I highly recommend this company for residential well pump service. My well water had recently begun to deliver sand and higher than normal levels of fine silt. The 20 year old submersible pump had become mired in sand and was extremely difficult to pull up by hand but was eventually recovered and replaced. From the initial contact to the job completion, the staff were courteous, concerned about the problem I needed to be fixed and prompt to respond. The technicians and office staff were technically knowledgeable and had all the parts needed to diagnose and correct my well water problem. This is not a company that I would recommend. Very poor customer service, unprofessional technicians with no real experience. They arrived at my home and procrastinated for about 45 minutes until Pam the owner had to tell them what to do. Talk about milking the clock! I explaind to to Bryan the situation and he convinced me that the problem was the Check Valve which he said was on top of the well pump. This information was totally incorrect, he really had experience he would know that, Most high quality submersible pumps will have a check valve built in from the manufacturer at the discharge. So again waisted time, trying to diagnose something that was not correct. I think that he must have been on drugs or something because he was extremely figity and bouncing around like he just couldn't stay still. He was saying not so nice things about the boss and he was just on his phone constantly, whispering to the young man who looked to he about 18 and was not talkative at all. So they pulled the pump out put a check valve on the pump didn't even show me what they did before putting it back in the well, which seemed very shady to me. I turned the breaker on for the pump and again it was not fixed. Doing the same thing it did in the beginning. Why was the pump not tested first before installing the check valve, again lack of knowledge and experience. So needless to say the pump is ruined and will have to be replaced. The owner tried to con us into spending $2000.00 to replace the pump which they ruined, Pam acted like she couldn't get in touch with my father so that she could convince me to agree to the repair. I will add that the time they waisted for me was unacceptable and an inconvenience. I did not appreciate the unprofessional approach of the technicians and Pam. I would not recommend this company for any kind of water repair, they can not be trusted. read more

With respect to our well and water systems, we were so lost when we first moved to Wake Forest. We found that there were plenty of companies that were willing and, in fact, more than comfortable taking advantage of a family that had never been on a well system before. Scare tactics were abundant and it made the whole thing very confusing leaving us disappointed and even questioning our move and home purchase. Those companies left us a mental mess...on purpose. Turns out that while we were a jumbled mental water mess, our well and water systems were actually pretty great and needed very little adjustment. And, with our being initially confused and not knowing who to trust, they were really wonderful even about answering, I am quite sure, even the the same question asked various ways many times. Turned out, in fact, that we didn't need any of the work done that the other companies had said we did. Any of it. Like, zero. After two years our 17 year old pump finally was on its way out. We called them because our well pump went out. They came out and $300 later and them making a trip to Lowes Home Improvement 20 miles away, they claimed to have fixed it. We had water, but a few days later my husband could hear the pump running constantly and there was a pool of water next to the pump house and it had several inches of water inside as well. After three attempts to get them to come out and fix it, they didn't make an effort to right what they did wrong. Instead of putting in the part that should have been put in, they attached a weak hose that looked like it would have been used in a fish aquarium, they set the PSI to 60, which in effect blew the hose off the pump. Our pump should not have been set higher than 30 PSI according to the pump itself. They finally called back but never resolved to come out and fix it. Their biggest mistake was thinking they had hung up the phone and continued to talk. You learn a lot about people when they don't think you're listening. We learned a lot about this company during that time and WILL NOT recommend them to ANYONE. And then they were going to charge us to come out and fix their mistake. Do not use this company. Ever. I was having issues with my water pump as it was losing pressure during use. I had been stood up by another company for an appointment, and had a no return call from another company. When I contacted this company, Pamela answered, which was a great relief due to it not being someone's personal cell phone. She was friendly and nice, and I thought that I had finally found a professional company. I made an appointment for a weekday afternoon. When nobody showed during the evening, I was told later that they were busy with "no water calls." I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I made a second appointment for a Saturday morning. I waited throughout the day and still nobody showed. Very disappointed. read more

We have a home warranty policy. Our well started acting up on October 17, 2019. We spent several weeks trying to get the well company they assigned us to come out with no avail. We finally got them too let us get our own well company and get reimbursed for what they cover under our warranty. Pamela (the owner) was so easy and nice to deal with. I called her on November 6, 2019 and she said she would work with our warranty company and said she would have a tech out the next day. She kept her word and called saying the tech was on the way. They came, diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in a matter of hours. I would recommend them to all who have private wells. They were friendly, courteous and most of all efficient. read more
