I ran a new, dedicated line to the well house for just this component, and the problems continued. I brought in another certified well technician who scoffed at the old unit they installed which kept failing. He suggested it wasn't the best and they probably had it laying around in stock and got rid of it by installing it on me. They finally installed a new UV system, and that worked great for a year. When it came time to change the bulb on that unit, turns out they installed the canister so you can't actually remove the longish bulb. I hired another well technician to fix this. Had to redo a bunch of the pipe runs. Also, the technician from Sparrow & Sons who came out repeatedly was odd acting and projected a lot of anger toward my wife when I wasn't here. I guess he thought we were problem customers and so we have had it with them. They are also incredibly expensive, and paying the amount we did for this kind of service is frustrating and led me to leave this review. There are other plumbers in the area.
