He installed the sink and went on his way. The charges were very reasonable for the work. And that's when I became a total idiot... I noticed cracks in the sink's bowl. I called Jayk's. The person asked for a snapshot of the problem. I sent it and (honestly) said I didn't remember if there were crack that large before. A minute later Jayk's sent me a photo of the pre-work sink. Yep... there were the cracks. I apologized profusely and they were cool about it. Apparently the old ugly faucet was all I could notice. So...yeah...I'm a dummy who has become too used to contractors creating as many problems as they fixed. Not Jayk's though - they're great.

He said no problem and replaced it in 15 minutes, making sure he didn't go over an hour for both jobs. It has been almost four months and both faucets are still doing well. Hired these folks to install a water treatment system for our well 2 years ago. The first UV…read morefilter they installed kept failing. They blamed my electrical infrastructure in our well house. I ran a new, dedicated line to the well house for just this component, and the problems continued. I brought in another certified well technician who scoffed at the old unit they installed which kept failing. He suggested it wasn't the best and they probably had it laying around in stock and got rid of it by installing it on me. They finally installed a new UV system, and that worked great for a year. When it came time to change the bulb on that unit, turns out they installed the canister so you can't actually remove the longish bulb. I hired another well technician to fix this. Had to redo a bunch of the pipe runs. Also, the technician from Sparrow & Sons who came out repeatedly was odd acting and projected a lot of anger toward my wife when I wasn't here. I guess he thought we were problem customers and so we have had it with them. They are also incredibly expensive, and paying the amount we did for this kind of service is frustrating and led me to leave this review. There are other plumbers in the area.
