These people are scam artist, they did a tooth filling on a small cavity, had to go back in because they did it wrong, and they ask use to go back in to fix it again, and that we will not be billed anything, but what they forgot to tell use, or left out of the conversation that they billed our insurance again for the same work they screwed up!! Now they tell you they need 48 hours before counseling, when it was 24 hours, so they can find someone in your place so they won't lose money!! Unfortunately sometimes people have emergencies that come up and they do NOT CARE!! they're only interested how they can make their money up!!! Looks like they like to play psychology with there are patience like trying to have personal conversations with you so you open up and you walk away "oh wow this is a family place" NOT TRUE!!! All ABOUT MONEY TO THEM!!! And how much they can get from you and your " insurance"!! OUR FAMILY IS DONE TIME TO FIND A BETTER PLACE!! By doing the opposite and not having compassion for their patients. My family has been patients of this practice for over15 years and I can say that I have had a run in with them on appointment & charge. The dentist had to do a rework of a filling she had done for my daughter because she determined it was not right. What happened was that she made the filling to thing so for that rework she doubled charged my insurance when she specifically told us that there was no charge. Maybe she though we didn't look at our claim benefit details. You just don't do that to your patients. How can have the face to tell them don't worry there's no charge and then you go back and charge the insurance? this is the reason why our healthcare insurance is so messed up because doctors abuse the system. The other issue is when there office call me to confirm my appointment because it was not confirmed via test I explained that it was not confirmed because I had called thier office previous months to discuss the double billing to my insurance in which they would never return my calls. My thoughts were that maybe they wanted to put time in between so I would forget. When I explained that I couldn't confirm until this was resolved that I needed to speak with someone about this issue again they stated they would call me back in a few minutes. Well they didn't they called me the day of the appointment telling me another story about why they billed my insurance. they are liars and scam artist. Little to say they did tell me that they would apply the 25 dollar credit to my appointment deductible but would not reschedule me and if I missed the appointment there was a 40 dollar charge for the broken appointment. Well there goes my 25 dollar credit. Am sadden to say that after 15 years they are willing to lose a patient what can I say about new patients. My family is now looking for another dentist to given them our business. read more

A Confident Smile is the best dental experience I have ever had in my 34 years of going to the dentist! They have a creative and relaxing atmosphere, the staff is friendly and genuinely engaging and they take great care in being gentle and aware of your needs. They gave me the most gentle teeth cleaning I have experienced and made me feel comfortable during my crowns as well. Heated shoulder pads and blankets to sooth the experience of being in a chair for 2 hours while you have your teeth worked on is a thumbs up! I love this place!! read more

The worst experience ever. I went in for a root canal with Dr. Garcia back in January 2020. Never would I have thought that I would have permanent nerve damage to the left side of my face where the root canal was performed. I have been in pain ever since that day. I was diagnosed with Trigeminal neuralgia following this root canal procedure. The pain is so severe that I haven't been able to talk for days at a time, I'm not able to eat when the pain is so severe, I can't even have a drink of water unless I have a straw and positioned in the back of my throat. I can't even brush my teeth well if the pain is so severe. I have to leave my mouth slightly ajar to ease some of the pain. I have been on every medication possible to try and treat this condition, nothing has helped so far. It is hard to sleep at times due to the electric shocks sent through my face. It literally feels like contractions in my face. I regret ever going to this Doctor. Please avoid Dr. Garcia at all cost. read more

I heard this was a good practice. However, they have a 1 strike policy for non-established patients who cancel/try to reschedule their 1st consultation. I understand their time is valuable, & I also appreciate the "exception" made for me ONE time. I chose not to reschedule because of this: they state on website they want clients comfortable & understand how valuable our time & personal lives are also! (Paraphrased) I hope that they will realise that includes things like migraines, children & elderly parents being sick, panic attacks, urgent business matters that come up unexpectedly...all known as life. read more
