I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding the handling of my pool installation project and the misrepresentations made by your company. On April 11, we placed a deposit with your company to reserve our installation spot and to ensure that the fiberglass pool shell would be ordered immediately, as you stated it needed to be ordered that same day. Our property was fully prepared and ready for installation. In August, we contacted your office to notify you that it was time to begin the project. At that time, we were told that installation would begin within two weeks. Since then, every two weeks we were given another delay, without any firm commitment or clear explanation. Your staff repeatedly told us that the pool shell had been ordered and provided us with several different distributor or manufacturer names. We contacted each of these companies directly, and all of them confirmed that no order had ever been placed under our name or your company's name. One company even stated that they refuse to do business with your company altogether. This constitutes not only unacceptable delays, but also misrepresentation about the status of our order and the progress of our project. We got the BBB involved they told the BBB they would send a refund that never happened, we have filed complaints with consumer protection agency. We have an appointment with the Tennessee Attorney General this week. The service was done when someone was available. 10-1830 three days a week Selection was sky is the limit, but we never got past the foundation of the project as it wasn't up to specs and wasn't square. They charged me double. They will not refund your money. Do NOT wire money to Tiera Nash. Update 8-2-25. Tried to reach the owners many times. They refused to honor warranties and complete the job, fix broken parts like the waterfall as well as salt processor. They are strictly AWOL. Beware. read more

Patio and pool install. Met with Joe and Tiara for the site of the pool and the patio. They answered all our questions and concerns and provided us the options for pool size and location. We did encounter delays with some of the projects, some due to weather. All work was finished before the swimming season last spring. All paver installation around the pool, the walkway, and the patio was excellent. read more

A Cut Above in Cookeville, TN is not a reputable company. Please check the BBB as you will see that. They will take your money and never actually complete the job. We, along with a few others in our area, all experienced very bad services. Our pool was to be finished in May and still in November not completely finished. We only got our salt processor installed in October! And it took them months to do our pavers. Their main contractor (who works for himself) told us the TOTAL job should have taken 3 weeks! Save yourself the money and aggravation and go somewhere else. (p.s. the owner Joe does not mind yelling at your and even using profanity with you and will blame everything on you as well). read more
