Early Saturday morning ride turned into a very wet ride. I had a wash out accident where my…read morederailleur hanger was bent. I suffered through the rest of the ride with horrible ghost shifting. I called Bear Paw and Audrey to relay what had happened. My bike was covered in mud-NO PROBLEM said Audrey. They had a bike wash and Trent said to bring it in and he'd take a look. I am from out of town leaving the next day so timely service was pretty important. As thought, my hanger was bent and Trent's expert eye caught that my chain was missing a link causing extra stress on the hanger. Needless to say they got the bike washed, got the chain and hanger straightened out. He also made a couple of adjustments while I sat on the bike and now it's perfect. The bike looks and rides as new as when I first got it! These guys are first rate all the way. Super friendly and very accommodating. Randomly searched the internet and found this bike rental company run by Steve. He operates like a food-truck and is set up in a big parking lot by Two Rivers Park trailhead (in rear of the Wave Country water park). An easy UBER from town. I texted him ahead to ensure he was there and he had 4 e- pedal assist bikes waiting for us that were all to size. He gave us a great route for a 2 hour ride- it was very hot and he provided water and recommended a route that kept us in the shade. We explored the old airstrip and biked to the nature center and walked around there. Steve is a musician- he plays drums and guitar and is very knowledgeable about music as well as bikes. The cost of $45 per person was super reasonable. The bikes were great and the trail is super easy to navigate and mostly flat- the assist was very helpful in one hill and it was nice to have on a hot day. Highly recommend!

We thought we needed to replace our tires and inner tubes as our bikes had been sitting in our hot garage for years. We were astounded at how honest he was in only selling us only what we needed. They had to replace the rear wheel on my bike as they found 8 broken spokes on my old wheel. We test rode our bikes before loading them onto our carrier. I could not believe how smoothly it rolled!! It rides so much better now even compared to when it was new. Overall, so refreshing to find honest and friendly people. They have made us customers for life and we will definitely spread the word :).

He said the part it screwed into was probably stripped too, and it turned out it was. He said to bring the bike in. Well Im 60 years old with a bad back, but I just said that I couldn't bring it in. The owner (Dan) and his wife stopped at my house on the way home and fixed my bike! This was for a mere $8 sale! What kindness! My foster kids now have a bike to ride. Excellent business.
