Prices fluctuated for no reason and without warning; my face work wore off a year later (was supposed to last a decade), giant scars under my ears; at a certain point, when you have spent more than a down payment on a nice house, they decided that they no longer wanted my money and literally refused to treat me. I am not an irrational person. I have a disability which makes exercise impossible and am on a medication which makes me gain weight without eating. Apparently Dr. Singh is tired of seeing me undressed or something. I also was wrapped so poorly after the third round of corrective lipo that I was forced to buy medical wraps online. Did I mention that the policy changed from providing a medical grade garment that you can't take off for 4 days to a week to "buy your own?" The prices vaccillate depending on mood. A small touch-up could be 3k. I have keloid scars all over the back of my legs. Areas of the body are randomly changed. And they decide when you are happy with the results by making you ashamed for not being grateful with your current body. The customer is not always right, basically. I don't see the danger in going back in for maintenance work (and I've always paid whatever random price that hour held without complaint) and am not expecting miracles. I am the literal perfect candidate for lipo. It is made for people who cannot lose weight with diet and exercise. I eat clean, exercise, and unfortunately have no metabolism thanks to lengthy steroid use due to a suppressed adrenal gland. So, if you want to feel like a bad person for asking for lipo, and to progressively be treated with less and less care and respect, this is for you! I'm not posting pictures because even after all the money I've spent, and my reasonable expectations (skin will not snap back, fine. Will not look 19, fine. Just want to be able to wear one smaller pants size), I don't feel comfortable with the scarring. I'd love to sling more money at them, but I'm not allowed. Before paying the $99 fee I asked the front desk if he fixes hernias in conjunction with an abdominoplasty/and or component separation, they said yes so I proceeded with the appointment. When sitting with Dr. Domanski he saw my medical history, First he saw that I had factor 2- (clotting disorder) he proceeded to tell me about a story of someone bleeding out on his table...then said oh but they are ok...but this makes me nervous...you're making me nervous. THEN he saw that I have Ehlers Danlos Syndrome and asked, "Oh, can you do all those cool bendy tricks? He then proceeded to have me show him my abdomen in which he kept saying I'm making him nervous. When taking the photos of my abdomen he says - I will definitely remember your abdomen for sure, this is just for records. Mind you I am extremely self conscious of how my abdomen looks at the moment and I found this extremely insensitive. All in all he basically said I don't need him, BUT if I wanted him to tag along with my general surgeon he could. Why would I EVER want a doctor who keeps saying he is nervous the WHOLE entire appointment with extremely insensitive bedmanners to ever work on me. He then left the appt with "Enjoy your cup"- left the cup there, I don't want anything with your name on it. I try to avoid conflict, otherwise I'm sure someone else would have spoken up to him directly. I spoke with the office manager who refused to refund my $99. It's fine if he didn't want to take me on as a patient, or thought I just needed a general surgeon- but the whole appointment I felt uncomfortable and self-conscious. It's hard enough having a complex medical history as it is.

There's a bit of a stigma of being a guy and going to a plastic surgeon. I wanted to have something…read morecosmetic (botox) and medical (septorhinoplasty) done, but was worried I would feel judged or pressured. Dr. Chang and his entire team make you feel immediately comfortable and at ease. Dr. Chang himself feels more like a friend than a regular doctor, and at no point ever judged or pressured me (in fact, when I asked about certain treatments, he was honest in saying he didn't think it was worth it for me given the cost). I recently got a septorhinoplasty done with Dr. Chang and the results are fantastic. He fixed my deviated septum and did some cosmetic adjustments. I can finally breath normally again for the first time in my life after 30 years, and it's all thanks to Dr. Chang and his staff. If you're a guy looking for a plastic surgeon, whether for surgery (medical or cosmetic) or botox, can't find a better office to go to.

Based on photos of his prior patients, I found his work to be exactly what I was looking for and after our in-person meeting, I did feel comfortable to proceed. I had the procedure done in the beginning of October, the recovery process was much more intense than I had thought. A week after my procedure, I had a follow-up check up, after waking up at 4:00am and driving 3 hours, Dr. Magge did not meet with me, his assistant did. Had I known that would be the case, I would have done a video conference call. She said everything looked fine. After 3 weeks, I still had severe bruising and was swollen. I also noticed one of my eyes were droopy and it was the opposite eye of my eye that actually did droop all of my life. I called the office to ask if the healing process was normal and they said it was. When I mentioned it to the assistant, she had mentioned a "push-up" method but said Dr. Magge would let me know if I should try and he never did. Also, there is a scar of when he did the procedure, not on my eyelid but underneath. I have been using scar medication every day for 2 months to try and make it less visible. The scars are not horrible but def. noticeable. It's a 'light' noticable line scarring under the eyes. They were supposed to reach out after 3 months to see if extra fat graphing was needed or any revisions and have yet to hear back. They never reached out to see if i was okay or even satisfied w/ the work done AFTER I was fully healed. My eyelid healed with a funny shape. The pinch method only seem to work on one eye hence the drooping lower eyelid. I feel I need to wear eyelash extensions all the time so my eyes look even. I do believe in the future I will need a revision. I am disappointed, I had hoped this practice would have been what I had needed to assist with this issue that had bothered me for so long. I wished they had been more comforting and had followed-up. Unfortunately I do not recommend this practice for eyelid procedures. However Megan Love is awesome! I saved up 10.6 thousand dollars because I thought you get what you pay for let's spend the most money for a boob job and I'll get the best one when other surgeons do it for under five grand. Scheduling was bad. Plans always changed and they kept telling me I needed clearances and then I didn't and then I did oops then I didn't. It was stressful. Day of surgery dr bitar completely treated my partner like he was invisible to the point my partner didn't come to post op appointments with me. Two weeks post op I knew I was botched I'm not even joking. Matter of fact I knew something was wrong when I got off the table and had no cleavage right upon waking up after surgery. They took the tape off at two weeks and i knew my surgery was botched. It shifted right to my armpit. I couldn't put my arm down. I have shooting nerve pain all around my side and back and couldn't sleep for months. My boobs are flat and go to my side when I lay down. It doesn't even look like I have a boob job how malpositioned he placed them. He kept gaslighting me saying it's just swelling it will go down , then it was oh it's how my chest is shaped and that's naturally where they sit , then I kept bugging because I'm in pain and can't workout without a tit being in my armpit and he said I have to wait a year to get a revision that he would also be charging me for another cost when he botched me. On top of almost eleven thousand dollars. He also had the nerve to say how he does thousands of surgeries and he never has complaints and he was getting snappy saying that I'm unhappy and he is the best surgeon. Like drop the ego you botched a young girl and don't want to take responsibility. Embarrassing. Everyday people ask me why I paid for this and say how far apart they are and how this is not normal. Other surgeons questioned if he was even board certified or even a real doctor at all they were so horrified. The scars are so deep and keloided when he insisted on going through my armpit because he'd leave no scar. Then told me to revise them he'd make a new cut under the breast. No thanks you already have me looking like a Texas chainsaw victim. Three or four other surgeons told me to write a review and not to let this go because dr bitar made the pocket too large and didn't take any accountability and has no pride in his work to fix his error in a timely manor free of charge. all other doctors said they'd be embarrassed to charge for a revision if they did this. I thankfully am not hurting for money and can afford to go elsewhere to fix what he did to me but please I am begging you if you have to save your money and a surgery is something you really want and don't want to have to revise it or spend any extra when it's done poorly , please find another surgeon and stay far away from this botch job of a clown who calls himself a good surgeon. Look at what he did to me and imagine the pain and nerve damage I feel
