I am simply overjoyed and nearly in tears. I have the most beautiful counters and the best experience with this company. I hired K Alexander Kitchen and Bath Designers to renovate my kitchen. I had formica Laminates but wanted to update my counters to Quartz. I'd interviewed other companies but thought with a design firm, it would be less stress, a one-stop shop, and they would do the heavy work for me. I've not had the best success with renovations. Being a single female, it is common knowledge that we are usually victims of predators, and for those experiences, I don't go half-cocked but try to be as informed as possible. Even doing due diligence, I still found myself in a 4 month nightmare. They subcontracted with Natural Gallery Stone Kitchen and Bath, and it was an absolute nightmare. I expressed strongly to them that I was having Ankle replacement surgery September 3 and wanted to have it done prior. We discussed this in the latter part of April and began in May. I have been without a working kitchen since then. It wasn't money because I paid upfront and in full. Natural Gallery took their sweet time. The fabrication was terrible, the hole for the faucet wasn't centered and the stone's sheen was inconsistent. It was a high gloss stone but the fabrication caused matte, rough and inconsistent textures. Not to belabor the problem but I was so stressed that I became ill. I thought that I would still be without counters, a sink or a finished product that it flared my Lupus. I was washing my dishes in the bathroom. I literally prayed and was directed to The Countertop Factory. I'd just left a company on Glenwood Ave that I was unavailable, detached, and wouldn't return calls. I sat in a gas station parking lot crying. I Googled Countertop installers, and right down the street is The Countertop Factory! I spoke to a lovely person named Haven. Haven was empathetic and kind. I met with her the very day. I was shown stone and different edges. I also met Nick and Erick. We came up with a game plan. Within 2 weeks of my initial meeting, I have a beautiful kitchen that I'd still be waiting for with the other company. Chris and Michael came today and meticulously installed the cabinets. Every effort to detail was met. Wes is a supervisor. He is direct but considerate. I was so nervous about the job but he promised to take care of me and he did just that. It I'd hard to find companies that care. Workmanship, craftsmanship, and pride are a thing of the past in most cases, but I was blessed to have found a company that puts their customers first, and their reputation for excellence is well earned. The cost is worth every penny because you get what you pay for. If it seems like I am gushing, it is because I am. I highly recommend them! I own a Pulte Home. If anyone knows anything about Pulte, I would rather go homeless than buy another home from them. My kitchen sink fell after only being in this new house less than 3 years. Pulte would not cover any repairs and told me to contact the Countertop Factory who installed my countertop and sink. Of course, I was leery of using them to fix the problem. I have owned 3 newly built houses in my lifetime and have never seen a sink fall. I hired a different company to reinstall the sink. I contacted Eric at Countertop and sent him pictures and told him I was having a different company reinstall the sink. Eric contacted the owner and Countertop agreed to pay all my expenses in reinstalling the sink and reconnecting the plumbing. All I can say is the company did the right thing for me. I had such a great experience w/ The Countertop Factory and highly recommend them. Everyone from their sales, measure and installation teams deliver excellence in their work. Michael Dean (sales) is so easy to work with, informative, patient, and accommodating. The measure guy made recommendations b/c the last countertop was not really installed properly. And the installation team did a superb job leveling the countertop on uneven cabinets (I was worried & then very impressed). I'm so glad we discovered Countertop Factory! The showroom is tucked away on Triangle Drive in sort of an industrial business area, but once inside, they have a wonderful selection center that really fun to explore (and very socially distanced and safe). The Sales Manager, Michael Dean, is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and he was able to talk me through the process -- he also sent me home with a small sample of my actual counter material, although I'm not sure they can always do that. The process for measuring and installation was predictable and professional. Both the technician and the installation crew did an excellent job, and I felt very comfortable with them in my home -- really nice people. I ended up finding Countertop Factory because my husband and I had a bad experience with another fabricator who almost hosed our whole project through terrible communication and customer service, but it all worked out because we found Countertop Factory. This was the best experience I've had with any home product service! Michael Dean is not only professional but came by my house with samples the same day I called -- he lives nearby. His e mail communication is almost instant and he explains everything. The quartz is beautiful and the installers, Denny and Lucas did a perfect job! I had a difficult experience working with Lowes and getting a countertop delivered and installed. The countertop was paid for at the beginning of May and between then and August it went out of stock and was no longer available. Communication with the folks at Lowes and the installer was like pulling teeth. I finally had enough and canceled the order in August. I contacted the Countertop Factory and spoke with Shawn Enright. In my experience, this industry is replete with fly-by-nighters and posers. I am very pleased to report The Countertop Factory (TCF) is the real deal, and I'm a very tough grader. A year before we started our kitchen remodel my wife found and fell for a slab of stone like no other, and with a price tag to match. We researched, interviewed and toured the shops of half-a-dozen fabricators looking for the right combo of facilities, credibility and price. TCF checked all the boxes, and our sales rep, Shawn, really put us at ease. TCF stored our slab for almost a year before we were ready for it to be cut and set. The whole TCF team exceeded our expectations. Shawn was terrific every step of the way. He was clearly and truly invested in our satisfaction. He met with us multiple times to choose colors and materials compatible with the stone. He knows I am a craftsman, so he took photos of the fabrication process for us! He always went the extra mile. When fabrication day came, we met Vincent, Kevin, and others on the team. Everyone was punctual, professional, efficient and friendly. I never once had a question about their ability to handle the job. The installation went smoothly, but we found some scratches that needed to be polished out. TCF was able to get their "fixer" there the same day. Brandon is an artist. My craftsman's hat is off to him and his skill hand-polishing stone. Later we found a few more scratches and marks, and Brandon returned on SUNDAY to make sure everything was flawless... and it is. If customer service is their # 1 concern, they receive 100% from me. Although I did not end up purchasing my counter tops through this company, I enjoyed working with them the entire time. I originally called to set up an in home consultation and was advised that they only do them between the hours of 7am and 5pm, Monday-Friday.(Which didn't work for me since I work those same hours myself). Shortly after I hung up the phone, I received a phone call back from a gentleman named Michael who asked to set up an appointment for whatever time worked best for me. Not only was he willing to work with my time schedule but he also answered any questions I had up to and following our meeting. I would send him emails three to four times a day and he would provide me with whatever information it was I was looking for. He was very knowledgeable about his product and even dropped samples of materials off at my home so that I could compare them, rather than coming in to him. I was contacted by Shawn who asked me to take down my review because he said he sent me a quote on the same day I sent my sketch. As I never received the quote (even checked my spam filter), I cannot verify - though I did receive all other emails from him. I will leave this review as "up-in-the-air." They received other good reviews from people, so maybe they are a good company. I cannot report on the quality of their work because they never bothered to email me back after I submitted a sketch of my kitchen and was waiting on a quote. My initial contact with Eric was very good and he was receptive to working with me and within my price. He asked me to sketch my kitchen and send to his project manager (Shawn). I did that and emailed it right away. It's been over 10 days and I've never heard back. I am happy to say I've gone with another company who responded and will post a separate review after my installation in hopes that people go to them instead. I understand if companies are busy, but a courtesy response goes a long way in a customer service driven industry. read more

Everything went great from my initial call to request info, to the salesperson coming out to our house with samples and to measure to give us an accurate quote, to template, to install. Call me particular, but I spent 2 years looking for the right countertops for my kitchen. The good news is that after a lot of looking I knew that I wanted a marble "look" - but the bad news was that every fabricator I spoke to told me why this would be impossible for my particular project (my wife peninsula would have two seems, and it was "impossible" to make those look good). But then I spoke to Shawn Enright at The Countertop Factory and he and his team saved my countertop dreams. After a couple of emails and phone calls Shawn asked me to come meet him at the office, where he listened patiently to me describe my vision (and budget) then proceeded to present me with material options and design solutions that no one else had offered. I was shown whole sheets of material to help me understand what the counters would look like in "real life" as opposed to on 2" square samples. He explained the challenges of using a product with veining, but instead of saying it couldn't be done he explained how they were going to make it work, and work beautifully. He even showed me that a less expensive product was more of what I was looking for than the more expensive options I'd previously considered. Can you imagine? A company steering a customer to the right product instead of just the biggest sale? The rest of my experience with The Countertop Factory was just as smooth, professional and pleasant as my meeting with Shawn. Templating and installation were a breeze: the guys showed up when they said they would, they worked quickly, cleaned up after their work impeccably, and took great care with my house.
