My battery died in a grocery store parking lot. They came, tried to jump and it didn't work. They said they couldn't tow and didn't have anyone available. Weird, a towing company with no tows. Then they had the nerve to ask for payment (cash only, shady), even though they did nothing, for the call. One week ago today my husband and I were driving South on LSD to an event in HP where we were expected to arrive early. We hit a pot hole on the S curve (as did many others) and immediately realized that we had a flat tire. Our GPS sent us to a BP station at 439 S Pershing, off of MLK Dr. This "service station" only provided gas. The genial manager, Mr. Darryl Smallwood gave us a card for A Emerald Towing AND found a ride for us to Hyde Park. We talked with Zay. He said not to worry about it. They would put on the spare.
