I needed a limousine for a bachelorette party, and A-Executive was recommended in a local Facebook group. I can say that I am beyond satisfied that I went with this company. From day one when I called to make my reservation, I was surprised at how easy it was and how great Lee (the owner) is. He told me about all of the limos available and then determined which one would be the best for my group, not upselling or pressuring me to upgrade. The day of the event our driver was early and was such a delight to work with. He was incredibly friendly, funny, and always just a few steps away from the same door he dropped us off at. My wife and I were gifted a limo service by our teenage children for our 10th Wedding Anniversary. Our Driver Mark was very professional, courteous and kind. He went out of his way to accommodate our every need throughout the seven hours we had him for. After doing our research and reading all the reviews on limo companies, we decided to use A-Executive Limo for our 50th bday celebration. #1 for price and #2 they have a 14 passenger vehicle. Our night went off without a hitch, we had a blast! We were very happy with our driver Mark! He was fun AND professional. He was on time and even texted us during the night to check in. We booked the 14 passenger limo, next time we will be sure to book the party bus or the 16-20 passenger Hummer, as you can never have enough room in a limo. I have been a client of A-Executive for at least a dozen years if not more. I have always had excellent service, on time and professional. One driver had a long time relationship with my husband and I, and he took many of our trips. Since his departure we have had a number of different drivers, all of whom I'd say were professional. Just want to FYI your company that on Monday July 27 at noon time i called with a very general question. I started with "hi I'm just wondering if you offer a pick up drop off service" and I got the response of "I need to know for what".... So i irritably say " for a ten person limo I wasn't sure if you offered a pick up drop off" and got the most ignorant response from who ever answers your phone. Now although I may not have been 100% clear on what I was asking I told the man he was rude and hung up. Why give you any of my business when you are the more ignorant human to answer the phone. Recently had a car scheduled to take us to the airport at 4AM. The car did not show. On the second attempt to reach them, someone finally answered and said he would get right back. Well he did and he said the driver was not answering. I asked if that meant I had no ride to the airport and the response was "listen, what do you want me to tell you". Really? The Driver John was very professional had a very clean vehicle and on-time.I was from out of state and I hired him to drive me around some of the most popular tourist spots. He was very patient with me and answered all of my questions about some of the places he showed me, also showed me where all of the hot spots for bar hoping. I hired A Executive Limo for my daughter's senior prom, and was very happy with the experience from start to finish. I had never hired a limo before, and was apprehensive about the stories I had heard about other companies not showing up for important events like proms and weddings. The owner was very reassuring and answered all of my questions when booking. A representative called two days before the prom to confirm, and the driver, George, showed up right on time on the big day. He was polite and professional, introduced himself to the kids, and gave them his cell phone number so they could easily find him at the end of the night. I felt that they were in good hands the whole evening, and I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone. read more

This company is totally unreliable and completely unprofessional. They never told us there was a non-refundable deposit on the reservation we made for our wedding. We ended up cancelling the reservation 10 weeks before the event, and at that time were charged $250. I never signed a contract or was told about this when calling. We were told the card was to put on hold for incidentals (excessive cleaning of the car, etc.) There was no "deposit" charged when we made the reservation, but they made sure to charge me when we cancelled. We were told that the fact that there was no contract or notification of the non-refundable deposit was "irrelevant" and we could take them to court. Not only that, when I checked their website it said 20% deposit and they charged us 25%. There is no office and when you get these people on the phone they either have to call you back (which they don't) or ask you to call back another time. I had absolutely no confidence in this company - especially for a really important event - and that's the real reason I cancelled my reservation. Totally unprofessional. I'm disputing the charge. Don't trust this company. read more
