We had an excellent experience last night using Black Tie Limo from Logon airport to Nashua NH. We were stranded in Europe due to a fluke snowstorm and our family wasn't able to meet us at the airport, as planned, because of the change. We called Black Tie the night before arrival and they were wonderful. The receptionist made the entire process seamless and enjoyable. Their communication was first rate! From immediate confirmation emails to text messages from the driver- you were always kept informed and updated. We were picked up in a Cadillac SUV that was impeccably clean. The driver, Kevin, arrived early, gave us specific directions where to find him. He was in a suit and held an electronic sign with our name on it so he was easy to identify. Everything was handled professionally and efficiently. After 24 hours of delays trying to get back home, Kevin and his wonderful service were exactly what we needed to feel pampered and welcomed home. Well done! read more

Black Tie Limo was incredible throughout the entire experience. I had to move locations and that was easy, I had to add on an hour and that was easy. I dealt with Nikki on the phone and she was on top of everything and so nice. As for the day of the wedding, the driver was great. He was so nice, helped us all on and off. He even helped with my dress and long veil right before I walked down the isle. We loved our champagne and red carpet pictures taken right after the ceremony, it was soooooo cool and unexpected. We booked 4 vehicles with Black Tie for our 5/20/23 wedding. The first issue was that one vehicle showed up with a terrible smell of feces, to which the driver was completely unapologetic and mocked us, asking "is there a nurse here? because that's the only person who will be able to deal with that smell." This was unacceptable to begin with, but then Black Tie never sent a separate vehicle to pick up my guests and transport them to the ceremony, which resulted in all my guests needing to scramble for Ubers or taxis, which was highly difficult in the secluded area of the North Shore of MA. The ceremony 45 minutes late to start, my guests were stranded, and overall it tremendously impacted the wedding day in a massively negative way. I used Black Tie for a ride to and from Logan. Their prices were comparable to other companies offering the same service. Tom was a very nice man, who drove me into Logan. He was professional, nice to talk with and insisted on helping me with my heavy luggage all the way into the doorway at Logan. Good luck trying to find someone to hold a door open for you, never mind helping you through the door! I received email confirmations and updates, including ones when the driver was on site. I don't think anyone can have anything bad to say about black tie limousine! We had our wedding last night and they made sure everything was perfect! I can't speak for the shuttle driver, or for the trolly driver, because I personally did not drive in those, but heard AMAZING things from everyone. I was in the rolls Royce with Mark Durkee. I did not know that along with a limo driver I was going to get BASICALLY a coordinator too! He told me where to go, how to stand, even how to carry my dress! The video of me walking out of the church carrying my dress the way he positioned it was BEAUTIFUL. He also stood in the back of the church with me, calming me down when I was getting nervous to walk down the isle! He was just amazing, and personable. And WHEN I decide to use black tie again (because they are the only limo company I will ever do work with from here on out) I will be sure to request him! The receptionist who handles times and bookings, Nikki, made everything as stress free as possible. She set up a time frame for when cars would be where and i showed it to the church & venue to confirm, and that was the end of that. We had to switch locations of our wedding literally the day before due to the Andover gas explosions. It was an easy phone call the morning of our wedding to just inform them of the new pickup and drop off location and there were no issues. Our driver was perfectly on time, friendly, professional, and he helped coordinate things for us prior to our church wedding ceremony, such as helping round up guests who were outside talking and delaying the start of our ceremony. This was one of my favorite vendors for our wedding! They were so responsive and easy to work with. Their drivers are very professional and our driver even took pictures of us in front of the car after he drove us to our hotel after the wedding. I had such a great experience with them we used them for airport transportation to and from the airport for our honeymoon. I used Black Tie Limo for my 6/5/10 wedding and they were absolutely wonderful, punctual, professional, and courteous! I rented both a 10 person limo, the Rolls Royce, and a 6 person limo for my husband and I at the end of the night. All vehicles were on time and the drivers were courteous and very professional. I did not have a wedding coordinator at the church so our driver Linda did a fantastic job of ushering everybody into the church so we could start on time and helped line all of my groomsmen/bridesmaids up, fluffed out my dress, etc. She was absolutely fabulous! Our Rolls driver from the church to the reception was great as well with the only downside being the lack of AC in the Rolls. Hey, what did I expect with renting a decades old car? I guess you trade looks for comfort! Our limo driver at the end of the evening was fantastic as well, helping with the carrying of our overnight stuff and patiently waiting as we said our goodbyes. All the vehicles were nice and clean with some great amenities including the radio, champagne at the ready, bottles of water etc. Besides our hot and sticky Rolls ride (which is to be expected) we were completely comfortable and well taken care of! I was overall incredibly impressed with the service of Black Tie and they really went above and beyond any expectations I had for a limo company. There were several stops for these drivers to coordinate and overall they covered about 100 miles, but they didn't miss a beat and we weren't a minute behind schedule. I highly recommend Black Tie Limo for your wedding day. We worked with Nikki on planning and she was awesome. Very prompt with emails and calls, and great at helping us choose the best car. The limo drivers were super professional, nice, and funny. You always worry about safety when it comes to things like this but I had no doubt in their abilities to keep us safe. We also had a ton of fun in the limo. There was great lighting, we could control the music and temperature and they had champagne and water that was included in the price. We booked a 6 person limo, which was a perfect size since my bridal party was me, my sister, and my now sister-in-law. The limo driver Nick was very punctual. He arrived 20 minutes early, and helped us get ready while the photographer was taking pictures. I was very frazzled, and I assume most brides are on their wedding day, and he helped me calm down. We left right on time, and actually arrived at the church early (I never thought that would happen since I'm always late... everywhere!) It took me forever to finally get around to reviewing - my wedding was in 2012, but they were so fabulous I still wanted to let you all know! I have so many wonderful things to say about Black Tie Limo I don't know where to start! First of all - my decision was based off of the wonderful reviews (thanks previous brides) and the phenomenally economical price. We used two limos - and the price was right. INCLUDING tip - Black Tie Limo was better priced than most of the other vendors in the area AND had better reviews. Minimal deposit required up front, and then the remainder before the wedding. While it was a little scary at first to pay in full prior to the wedding day - to not have to worry about tips, checkbooks, etc. was amazing. Their classic car was already rented for the day, so unfortunately I had to go with another company for the car for me. THIS is where Black Tie saved the day. What I didn't know is that their drivers also specialize in the planning/coordinating of the day. So when my classic car from the other vendor DIDN'T SHOW UP - Mickey, the lead driver, had it all under control. He worked with my Maid of Honor to develop a plan B if necessary (I was going to take the limo with him after the ceremony & send the wedding party off with others.) Finally a back up car from the other vendor arrived to take me to the church. Mickey had no problem coordinating between the two. He checked on me prior to the ceremony, walked me in, made sure I knew how to carry my bouquet and sorted out my train, he truly was the one who also coordinated the timing of the wedding party's entrance. THANK YOU MICKEY! He was so wonderful I specifically wrote the company commending him and his professionalism. After the ceremony and the classic car had finally arrived, I honestly had reservations about going with the other company, because Black Tie Limousine had done such a great job. So check your other reviews - and then GO BOOK BLACK TIE LIMO! And if you want a classic car, I say ignore the other reviews and just book them right now It will be the best, most relaxing choice you can make. I worked with Nikki to book the limos for our wedding in October. She was extremely professional and responsive even when I requested multiple different quotes and changed our booking times a month before the wedding. The limos themselves were clean, well maintained and the drivers were extremely polite and professional. I love that everything is included in the booking fee including tip so you don't have to worry about carrying cash on the day of! Back in August of 2008 my daughter got married and we hired the Limo and Shuttle service of Black Tie Limo. We loved the Limo drivers, they were great, punctual, helpful, friendly and professional. Also the chauffeur was great in checking in with the wedding coordinator about the timing of my entrance. He also helped me with my train, which was a nice touch, since I was by myself. For our wedding in Boston in May 2015, we used Black Tie Limo's new Mercedes Sprinter to transport the wedding party to and from our hotel, ceremony and reception locations. We also used their 55-passenger coach bus to transport other guests to and from the same locations. Wow. I have never rented a limo before so it was a stressor for my wife and I to do it for the first time for our wedding. After looking for a long time black tie had the positive reviews, the vehicle we wanted (the 14 passenger sprinter limo) and the price was right especially being that gratuity was included. The booking process was easy working with Nikky she answered all of our questions promptly. The day of is where the experience truly became amazing and set my mind that I would never consider another limo service. John arrived on location about 20 minutes ahead of our itinerary and had the vibe of having no other place he would rather be than waiting until we were perfectly ready. John was made for this job; he had the champagne and bottled water at the ready, drove the giant van comfortably on narrow roads, and never and I mean never let a woman get out of that van without giving her a hand. At one point we were taking our pictures a couple hundred yards away from the limo and John carried the back of my wife's dress the whole way. I could go on about him for days. We rented 2 limos for our wedding and the larger limo for the bridal party did not have a working Air conditioner on a hot day and the limo driver for our limo felt the need to make fun of the fact that my husband is bald.
