HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We moved from Las Vegas to South Carolina and did a ton of research on other…read moremoving companies before deciding on Eco Movers LV. Their price was in the middle of the two other companies we narrowed it down too but we decided to do Eco Movers due to our initial reaction of getting quotes and questions answered. They were very responsive and I could tell they were not trying to hit you over the head with hidden fees or additional costs like some of the other companies. Everything they quoted was a set price with no fluctuations. We booked everything a few months in advance to be proactive but Leury and his team made sure to check in with us before moving day. He came by and did a walk through of our 3 bed/2 story home to make sure he and his team had what they needed. The only thing I wasn't expecting was to pay for the blankets used for wrapping, but I take responsibility for that as Leury was not aware that our belongings would be staying in storage, and did not want to remove the blankets so our stuff wouldn't be damaged. I appreciated the thoughtfulness and had no issues paying the extra for that. The guys that arrived to pack our stuff were so nice. We had about 3 guys show up and they did their thing. They made sure to point out any of our furniture that had previous dings or cracks and took pictures for reference. They were super quick and efficient and wrapped our fragile and heavy furniture. We did the packing ourselves and only hired them to move so we appreciated them wrapping things as part of their service. After they were done we were given an estimated time of arrival for our items and as always, they stayed in communication with us along the way. They gave us daily updates of where our load was on the journey. We had someone else be there for when our load arrived and they let us know everything went smoothly! I love how thorough the whole Eco Movers team was. I always felt like my things were safe and taken care of. We also had 2 Jeeps that needed transporting and Leury and his team recommended us to their partner Mark who was equally honest and reliable. They also quoted us fixed quotes without any hidden fees, and stayed in constant communication with us. We met our driver (Enrique) across the street from our neighborhood to drop off our cars. I would note that they need space to unload some cars to put yours on, so meeting them in a more feasible location may be a thing. Thankfully we had a big lot across from our neighborhood so we just walked back after our cars were dropped off. The company used was Onway Logistics. I appreciated them providing a tracking link so you can track your cars along the way. They arrived a day before schedule and we also had someone pick the cars up for us and everything went smoothly. Overall we paid about $11.5k for the whole move. The cars were $1850 a piece and the household move came in around $7800. Again, we had quotes higher and lower than Eco Movers but felt more comfortable paying a bit more for quality service. We highly recommend Eco Movers if it's in your budget, and will keep recommending them to anyone who asks! Huge shout out to Elsa for staying in constant communication with us and being such a pleasure to work with on Leury's team. And a huge shout out to our handy movers Hunter, Jonathan, and Lee for loading our things and having fun while doing it! And Enrique for getting our vehicles there safely! And thank you to Leury for having such an amazing team and system!

They did not give us the chance to purchase the additional insurance. It was crossed off the contract and the guy from Alpine Moving & Storage said "it did not apply to this type of shipment". I later found out that they don't have insurance. They changed the amount for the shipment from $2800.00 that we were quoted to $6000.00, only after everything was loaded on the truck. We were not given a copy of "Your Rights and Responsibilities When You Move Book" and "Ready To Move" as required by law. There are 11 out of 120 boxes, including a large floor safe 11.5" H X 18.5 W X 24" D, that are missing, never delivered. There is an LG refrigerator that was badly damaged and will cost $1000.00 to get it fixed, and a $1500.00 mattress that was folded in half like a taco and loaded into the truck at pick up and then it was delivered like that, damaging the mattress. I did not have the Household Descriptive Inventory and the way they unloaded the truck there was no way to determine at the time of delivery that there were boxes missing other than the safe.I also did not have the opportunity to note damages on the Household Descriptive Inventory due to the haste in which they unloaded the truck. It was not until the next day I started to notice there were boxes missing. I called the number on the contract and it was not in service. That was the same number on their website. Once I tracked down the correct number to the owner of Alpine Moving and Storage I called them about the missing boxes and the safe. He told me there was nothing they could do about the missing boxes or the safe and to file a claim. They can't take the time to look for them. The company they told me to file a claim with has never heard of Alpine Moving and Storage. They have refused to answer my emails and text to them about filing a claim.

The company may be listed as a handyman service, but that label cannot contain the breadth of what they execute. Cross-country moving, heavy furniture relocation, artwork installation, lighting and electrical fixtures, wallpaper, fragile decorative objects, and complex wall systems all fall within the same operational vocabulary. The distinction becomes clearest when the work carries genuine consequence. A 100-pound painting suspended beneath a 12- to 15-foot ceiling is not a household errand; it is an exercise in load, height, anchoring, staging, and composure. Castle Labor arrived with scaffolding rather than improvisation. Six- to eight-foot porcelain vases, heavy enough to require strength and fragile enough to punish haste, were moved and placed without drama. Vänt panels, marketed as simple but unforgiving in practice, exposed the difference between ordinary installation and disciplined handling: two other handymen failed before Castle Labor aligned, latched, and completed the wall correctly. That breadth would mean little without temperament. The work is thorough, professional, and calm; the crew remains until the job is finished rather than until the clock becomes convenient. When a request falls outside their scope, they do not bluff. They refer well. Their pricing sits above cheaper alternatives, but the premium buys more than hours. It buys insurance, judgment, equipment, patience, and the quiet assurance that expensive, awkward, fragile, or technically fussy work will not be abandoned halfway between intention and completion. Castle Labor is an end-to-end domestic atelier: a service for people who expect a home to be handled with the same seriousness usually reserved for objects, spaces, and undertakings that are simply irreplaceable.

1 Star - $1,110 for Delays, Damage, and Zero Accountability…read more I rarely leave negative reviews, but after giving this company multiple chances to make things right, I feel obligated to share my experience. I paid $1,110 for a local move, and it was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. The problems started before the move even began. I booked my move for 9:00 AM, but there was confusion about the scheduled date. I actually had to text the company to remind them that my move was scheduled for the following day because they appeared to have the wrong date. Then, on the actual moving day, I received a text at 8:53 AM saying they were on the way, but they didn't ask me to meet them until around 9:40 AM. If I book a 9:00 AM move, I expect the crew to be ready to start at 9:00 AM. Once the move started, things didn't get any better. I clearly explained what needed to be moved and what needed to stay. My boxes were labeled, and I walked the crew through which rooms needed to be emptied. Despite that, I repeatedly had to point out items they were leaving behind. They were even going to leave furniture in my children's room after being told everything in the room needed to go. The move took over six hours despite the fact that I did not have a large amount of furniture or belongings. Throughout the day there were periods where nothing was being moved, and I would look outside and see crew members on their phones. When unloading, boxes were placed in random rooms despite being clearly labeled. My indoor rugs were left outside on the patio. Boxes were left scattered throughout my garage until I asked that they be stacked properly so I could actually park my car. As the crew was preparing to leave, I discovered they had left my sound bar sitting on the garage floor. The most frustrating issue was the damage to my apartment. While moving my desk, the crew scratched my floor. When I pointed it out, I was immediately told the damage was already there. It wasn't. Before moving in, I completed a walkthrough with apartment management and documented the condition of the apartment. I know exactly what damage existed beforehand and what occurred during the move. What made the situation worse was feeling completely dismissed. Instead of taking responsibility, I was repeatedly told things I witnessed happening either didn't happen or weren't their fault. Standing there while three men denied damage I watched occur in real time was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. The next day, one of the movers called me and informed me they had left two boards from my son's bunk bed on the truck. Apparently, the plan was to simply drop them off. The problem was that Johnny, who appeared to be supervising the crew, had already spent more than two hours assembling the bunk bed incorrectly. Not only was it missing pieces, but it was put together wrong. There was no indication they intended to return and fix their work. After I contacted the office, Sam sent another employee named Jeff to my apartment. Jeff was professional, apologetic, and honestly the only bright spot in this entire experience. He immediately confirmed that the bunk bed had been assembled incorrectly, fixed it properly, and took photos of the damage. Jeff also told me he was surprised a crew of three took over six hours to complete my move and stated that, based on the amount of belongings I had, a crew of two could have completed it in roughly four hours. Hearing that from another employee confirmed what I had already suspected throughout the day. One of the original movers later texted me and said, "Every mess up was my fault. I'll make sure to fix it." That acknowledgment alone tells me I wasn't imagining the issues I experienced. Unfortunately, despite all of this, the company never made a meaningful effort to resolve the situation. After Jeff fixed the bed, I called the office three separate times to discuss the damages, the excessive time spent on the move, and possible compensation or resolution. I received no meaningful follow-up, no accountability, and no attempt to make things right. Mistakes happen. What separates a good company from a bad company is how they handle those mistakes. In my case, the response was denial, excuses, and silence. For $1,110, I expected professionalism, communication, efficiency, and accountability. Instead, I was left with damages, unfinished work, wasted time, and a company that stopped responding once they had my money. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for your moving needs.

Not a fan. The guys…read morewho came to help us move were great, but the people in the office were nothing but a headache. First and foremost, we had to get on a FaceTime call with the snakiest salesman I've ever dealt with. I'm talking used car lot snakey. He had us walk through our entire 4-bedroom house so he could give us a quote. Not only did he throw out some ridiculous number, but the second I said it was too expensive, he immediately dropped the price. That alone tells me the original quote wasn't real. It also made me think he's working on commission. Come to find out, after watching us walk through every single room of our house, he somehow wrote us down as a 1 bedroom, 1 office apartment. Because of that, they wildly understaffed our across state lines move. We had 3 movers and 1 truck to pack an entire 4- bedroom house, and only 2 movers to unpack it. Even the movers told us it should have been at least a 5 person, 2 truck job. To make matters worse, we had to rent another truck ourselves just to get everything moved, and we weren't reimbursed a dime. Then, to top it all off, management constantly called the movers while they were working, probably 5-10 times a day. They were so against paying overtime that they kept telling the crew to wrap it up if the job went over a certain number of hours. That forced the movers to rush, put things in the wrong rooms, skip work that was supposed to be included, and leave us with a job that wasn't finished the way it was promised. I don't leave many bad reviews, but I would quite literally never recommend this company to anyone I care about. The movers themselves were awesome and did everything they could. Management completely set them up to fail. We paid a premium price and got maybe 20% of what was promised.
