Brandon and Alex both carefully wrapped the machine and secured it inside their vehicle. When they arrived at the destination, they both carefully unloaded the machine. They brought it up the my stairs paying close attention to the walls and the floors so it wouldn't get scratched. They placed the machine in the correct location. Also, at no time did they make me feel rushed. They took their time to do the job with the utmost care. Their prices were reasonable as well. Way cheaper than other quotes that I received. When he answered the phone he was obviously in the middle of a move but he was polite and said he could help and I was stoked!! They showed up on time and did an amazing job. Better than anyone we've ever used before. Packed everything really nicely and made sense of the space we had. Didn't just throw things in but carefully maneuvered things so they fit like a perfect puzzle. Much more reasonably priced than the company we had used just a few months earlier. They were charging us $115 an hour and then said they would discount to $99 an hour but one of those hours was driving to and from our home. So ridiculous. Brandon was much more reasonably priced, didn't charge us to drive to our house, and didn't have a 3 hour minimum. We are just super appreciative of their flexibility and work ethic!! If anyone knows moving can bring on stress you can do without and with some moving companies they can add on to this stress, not good. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. This was by far the BEST hire a helper experience I have ever had. I had used this site to book 3 previous moves.. each time my stuff was broken. Perfect movers got everything in (and up 50 stairs) without a scratch on my belongings or the surfaces of my apartment. it was also over 100 degrees and they made the trips up and down those stairs with a smile. I had a unique situation requiring a last minute move of an entire house in two separate parts on the same day so I could comfortably move my father who is receiving chemo and is essentially bedbound. Brandon and Shane did an amazing job helping us with our move. While some heavy items (like our monstrous treadmill) initially seemed daunting, they quickly triumphed and got things moved efficiently and carefully. The only downside to the day was that they were unable to get the large moving truck, so they got a medium truck instead. They were able to make two trips, and they were so good at packing that there was only a minimal efficiency loss. Overall they were amazing. They carefully wrapped all furniture, took apart/rebuilt furniture as needed, and treated everything with the utmost care. They definitely live up to their "Perfect" name! read more

The movers were at my house right on time, I had requested they help us move the big furniture items. The head mover Brandon stated it would take longer than 4hrs to move my house. I explained to him I had to keep this move within a certain budget as we had to fix something very expensive at our new house. I told him 4 hours that was what I wanted. They had the big furniture items packed up and ready to go at 2.5hrs, they had it unloaded and put into my house with everything in the general area of where it needed to go all with in the 4hr mark. They communicated very well to get my belongings up a turned staircase and were very polite. I would recommend them, I do have to say be very honest about your time limits, I don't feel they were trying to run the clock but I couldn't have afforded more than what I paid due to my unfortunateness. Very efficient, managed there time well. They didn't complain about our 3 story house, they were red faced and sweating poor things, but with smiles and great conversation, well worth every penny spent.
