For example, when we first moved in, we also had a massive amount of overgrown blackberry thickets in our back yard and overtaking our back fence. They came and cleared all that out and got it under control with very clean and well done results. Billing is quick and simple (done online) and correspondence is done in a way that's simple and easy for me at least (via email) with responses usually done within a day or so. This has been really helpful for us since we just recently moved to our first single family home and due to our personal situation, haven't had the ability to maintain our lawn ourselves yet.

When you ask them to come back to do the job right, Johnny, the service manager is super defensive. Last year they slipped a term in the renewal contract that wasn't there before that required payment of 10% of the remaining time of the contract if you wanted to cancel with them. So they are doing a terrible job and you cancel their contract. They you have to pay them. Also, when you give them notice that you are canceling, they will stop showing up to do the work. One of the last two times, they only came 1/2 hr for a big apartment complex. We brought it to Johnny's attention and he said that they had done extra work the other times in the year. So it was OK to only do 1/2 hr of landscaping. Anyway, do yourself a big favor and avoid this company!

The neighbor had topped the trees and they responded by growing sideways. The job was to return the trees to the original topped height and bring them in to the fence line making them look like a manicured hedge. There were 3 trucks and all work was done by climbers passing limbs to a ground crew on my side. I was impressed by the organization and crews ability to work in my extensive garden without damaging it. Some of the limbs were 5" and lowered by rope. My fence and garden survived. Cleanup perfect and trees filled in perfectly for both my neighbor and I. Crew and Forman easy to work with, saw my vision and took an interest in what the were doing.
