The trimming and tree removal went fine, but they neglected to trim about 6 ft of the laurel hedge. In the written estimate that all parties agreed to it stated "reduce laurel to 10ft." When I called Quality Performance to discuss finishing the laurel job they explained that the whole hedge was not part of the estimate. I explained that nowhere in the estimate did it say they would not trim back the entire hedge. They began blaming my neighbor for the miscommunication when it is Quality Performance's responsibility to clearly indicate what is to be completed in the estimate. When I read "reduce laurel to 10ft" I assumed that meant the entire hedge and not a partial job. The worst part of working with this company was their customer service. What is clearly their responsibility they turned back around on me and my neighbors and were not open to listening or making the situation right. I will not work with this company again and I recommend anyone deciding to use them to be extremely clear in their written communication about what is to be completed in the job.

The price was very reasonable for the originally planned work, but in the end it turned out to be a great value for everything they did to get it perfect for us. Jesus is extremely nice and approachable, and he was excellent with communication and check-ins. As soon as they finished the backyard landscaping job today, I signed another contract for them to do our fencing, and we're planning on having them back to improve our sprinkler system next Spring.

I spent several days removing the debris left over which, for me, was a lot of back breaking work. The guy tried to talk me into leaving it and I showed him his bid he gave me and it was marked to remove the debris. They removed the huge stump pieces. The tree climbers were super cool, however, the main guy that gave me the bid was not so cool and needs an attitude adjustment. Overall, they removed the trees I wanted with no serious damage, I guess that's all I should expect anymore.

They said nothing to the homeowners, nothing to the cable company, and nothing to me when (after an hour of no cable) I went outside and asked one of them if they had cut a line, because we had lost service. He ignored me. They said nothing to anyone on the entire block...all lost service for the entire day. Finally, a Comcast tech was dispatched.. I talked to him when he showed up. So did several other neighbors. He said that he had been in the neighborhood all day, and that if anyone would have called in and reported a damaged line he could've fixed it easily! He got it repaired in less than 30 min. But that's what pisses me off the most...if they would've just said something it would've been fixed. I learned today that they were fined $3000 for cutting the line/not reporting it. This made me feel a little bit better. I had a prior experience with them about 2 years ago as well. They were doing a concrete job a few houses down and one day I couldn't figure out what in heck all of the obnoxious hammering was. It went on for over an hour before I went down the road to ask how long they'd be doing this. To my surprise I found 3 morons standing around a wheelbarrow, BS'ing while waiting for the cement truck. One of them had a length of rebar, and was just pounding on this thing, over and over and over for A F**KING HOUR, trying to remove some dried cement maybe? I don't know, but it was ridiculous that these idiots would cause such a disturbance without even considering that people live 50 feet in any direction! If you want to piss off your neighbors, hire these guys!

I would have appreciated the heads up so I didn't wait around. Unprofessional and unreliable from my experience. my advice for this business owner is to grow up and communicate with your potential clients.
