A mentally unstable person picked up my car and started driving off with us NOT TO THE DESTINATION AGREED ON then wouldn't tell me where he was going, pulled over into an office park where he threw a temper tantrum and damaged my car further witnessed by a salt truck parked next to us. When I asked again the address of wherever he was taking us he said he has been doing this too long and that the government has screwed him over and a bunch of enraged gibberish which showed he was clearly not in his right mind. After 5 hours freezing in the weather I finally got three to Honda roadside and they told me there wasn't a call for me . What the ? I very nice man finally helped me from the roadside assistance and he had four stars to my house in 30 min! Hats off to you guys at Four Star ! These guys are by far THE BEST Tow company on the North Shore HANDS DOWN no contest and should be called Ten Star Towing!!! My all wheel drive Volvo wouldn't start when I left work a couple weeks ago and after waiting for over 8-1/2 hours and dealing with 3 other incompetent and lazy AAA driver's and 3 other independent tow companies so 6 separate companies in total which will remain nameless out of courtesy but they are all from Peabody, Danvers and Salem and all said they could not Tow my car because of the position, because it wouldn't go into nuetral, they didn't have the proper equipment or whatever the lame excuse was I had called Four Star and explained my situation and the dispatcher assured me that they would be able to take care of it no matter what the situation or status of my car and I'm not gonna lie I was a bit skeptical but sure enough the driver showed up within 10 minutes of when they said they would be there and he looked over the situation and with a little bit of a winch and pulley work which he called a "snatch block" he was able to get my car out of the spot, turn it 90° and get it loaded onto the flat bed with no issues and I was FINALLY able to get out of there and off to the dealership where he was able to unload my car and end my extremely long, frustrating and eye opening day!!! From now on I will be calling Four Star Towing first!!!!!! They were so pleasant to deal with from the dispatcher to the driver who had his dog with him that totally took my mind off the misery and made the experience actually kind of enjoyable!! So in closing I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Four Star Towing and am Extremely satisfied and Thankful to the folks at Four Star you guys are truly the best and have definitely earned a customer for life and I am going to tell everyone I know if they ever need a tow to call Four Star Andover they will take care of you right!! read more

Everyone who works at Four Star Towing has been very helpful and supportive to me after my recent rollover accident that totaled my car. The phone person helped us figure out where my car went after I left in an ambulance. All the staff were flexible in my 3 trips there to search for personal items, including my forgotten transponder and garage door opener. Matt, the driver who actually towed my car, found my missing iPhone, retrieved it from a deep puddle and gave it to the State Troopers just in time for them to hand it to my husband heading out to find me in the ER. I've used Four Star around half a dozen times to move cars and fork lifts for my business. They've always done a great job for a very fair price. Recently I needed a large fork lift picked up in Keene NH and delivered to Georgetown MA as soon as possible. I called them on a Saturday afternoon and asked if they could do it early the next week. The owner told me they would pick it up the next day........Sunday!!!!! The drivers are always courteous and delivery when they say they will. 5 stars for Four Star!!!!! read more
