I came in for a pedicure seeing good work on google and expected for it to go well. I came out of town from Arizona. There were two ladies that kept switching to do my feet. One was really nice and took care of my cuticles. The other one I requested for acrylic on my toe as it cracked. As she laid my acrylic down it went all over my toe and she tried to scramble to push it in place. After that it was all bumpy, and I was like well she will sand it and buff it out. (I am a nail tech, who wanted to get pampered for once) nope she did a little bit and there was ALOT of acrylic all over my cuticle area. I asked her to take it off and she kept saying later later. So then she painted them. my toes are awful, the cuticile are covered in paint. Bumps you name it. I was upset so I stopped the service after she cured my toe paint because I didnt want to pay the rest of the service for the fufu massage etc. I tell her I don't like them and she started filing my paint! Lifting the edges and I was like no I'm done. So I paid the discount they gave me. read more

Jason provided exceptional service - not only did he perfectly fix my broken nail, but he was kind enough to change my nail polish color and reshape all my nails to a coffin style since I felt they were too large and square. The manicure was a beautiful blue "cateye" finish and my pedicure was a cute sparkly blue. Poor quality of service & customer service When my niece and I walked in we had to wait for them to get done doing each other's nails When trying to pick my color I was rudely told to sit down I was asked if I wanted long or medium gel x , I requested to see the different nails to determine which length was best , the nail tech opened them and I asked if she could hold the diff sizes up because I had foil on my fingers (soaking my old gel x off) and she got an attitude and just closed the cases I was told it would be $5 to remove my nails (8 nails 2 were broken) , no problem Then was told it would be an additional $10 to clean my cuticles up , a service that is usually included when I get my nails.... I then decided to just have my nails removed because they weren't friendly and I felt it was excessive to pay $80 + whatever the gel polish fee for my nails My niece received a regular mani pedi w/ a Matte gel top coat which was $50 Once we checked out they charged $10 for the removal instead of $5 -not to mention that they didn't even properly remove the nails, there is still remnants of gelx nails on my nails (See pics) $60 total Overall the experience was awkward and uncomfortable and we didn't feel like they wanted to do our nails read more

Looking for a new nail salon home, I tried this nail shop out twice. Both times I overlooked micro aggressions by killing certain nail techs with kindness and staying in my own self caring moment of joy. I feel like it is necessary to mention for anyone wanting insight into their personality. As for quality, the first time, I immediately noticed a few bubbles in my gel nails and noticed them chip within a week. I am familiar with nail salons and was hoping I had found a good one, so I thought I'd give them one more chance despite this. The next time I went, my gel nails had specks and bubbles in them. My nail tech worked so hard to attempt to remove them that, for time sake, I was willing to still offer a larger tip for the effort. My gel nails only lasted a week before FALLING off in strips. I made sure I cared for my nails with gloves and did not handle any chemicals directly..."Were their materials cheap?" Came to mind... That experience was enough for my not returning. This nail salon let me down. I'm still looking for a good nail salon in Sherman Oaks. I hope your experience will be better. You may have to overlook certain uncomfortable micro aggressions and disturbing nail quality. read more

RUN AWAY - don't walk!!!!!! I had gone to this place several times- happy with the service and it looked clean. Little did I know they don't properly sterilize their tools after using them. My finger got so infected (paronychia) after getting a mani pedi here bc the lady cut my finger, which I understand happens- no big deal...but it was a big deal bc their tools were not cleaned, as I mentioned. I had to see a hand surgeon, get half of my nail removed, go on 2 rounds of antibiotics and go back to the doctor on a weekly basis for the last 8 weeks and it's still not healed!!! I went in the shop to notify the owner so this doesn't happen to others- I wasn't looking for a refund or free mani. The women working said the owner would be in touch. The owner, Vivian, was and told me her lawyer would call me re: the large medical bill my finger required. Then she completely ghosted me and I never heard from her or her lawyer. If there was a zero star rating- I would give it. DON'T GO HERE- literally go anywhere else. Appearances can be deceiving- looks nice but is actually covered in bacteria. read more

When i get Gel X my nails and pedicure are $105 . But this time I literally had not nail added these are my natural nails i just asked for a removal and a pedicure and manicure with hot gel.they didn't even do a massage for the pedicure and hand just added cream.
