They fixed those, but within three days, three more nails came off (see photo). I've never had this happen at any other salon, and I paid more here than usual expecting better results. I got a simple manicure and pedicure, and my nails look absolutely HORRIBLE. This is the worst manicure I've ever had. Both times I've been here, I've left, and both times the polish is full of bubbles. This is the second time this has happened with the same nail technician. The last time, she blamed the bubbling on the small fan that was being used to keep me cool because the salon had no air conditioning. I was drying my nails with the fan. This time, she blamed the top coat. I don't buy either excuse. Last time they used their polish; this time I brought my own, and the exact same thing happened. The common denominator isn't the polish--it's the application. On top of that, the salon was unbearably hot. It was 95 degrees outside, and there was still no air conditioning. I was here about a month ago, and there wasn't any AC on then either. It's uncomfortable for both customers and employees. Just a couple of small fans don't cut it. The cleanliness was also concerning. A roach crawled out from underneath one of the towels on the cart while I was there. Then, when I went to set my leather purse on the pedicure table, I noticed water all over it. I pointed it out, and the technician casually said, "It's just water." I replied, "Well, it's just leather." My purse isn't expensive, but I'd still like my belongings treated with care. Maybe the owner should focus on making the current salon comfortable for employees and customers, improving quality control, and maintaining a clean environment before opening another location. Unfortunately, after two disappointing visits, I won't be returning. Absolutely worst salon experience I've ever had. Maybe try giving a damn and clean your air conditioning vents instead of trying to rake in money. Your salons are going downhill! Greed! Also, common sense is to get the payment before you paint someone's nails. read more

I first reached out to this nail shop a couple of months ago. I drove and it was the wrong shop. They have three locations so make sure that you are at the right one. So far I can say it has been my new place since I don't want to drive all the way to Echo Park. Service: 4/5 They are friendly and straight to business. They don't try to sell you on anything so I like that. They do provide you a menu with the various options for pedis I usually get the works one and I feel like new. I have been getting the Signature Pedi. They scrub, remove calluses, sea salt scrub, signature mask with hot towel, warm neck pillow that has a scent to relax you and 5 minute hot stone massage with different oils and relaxing lotions. I haven't gotten any other service here yet. Prices: $$ Not expensive given that all nail shops have jacked up their prices since covid. Their is an extra charge for gel which is just a couple of dollars extra. They do charge for Zelle like a dollar and two for using the machine. I personally don't like that but I don't know how these things work. Shop: 5/5 It is always clean and smells clean. Very important as you don't want some stuff growing on you. I have been here at least 12 times in the last 5 months and my experience has always been great no complaints. It is convenient and I will continue to show up. They have three locations and each one has various services. Some have eyelash extensions, permanent make up etc. Not for me but if you are into this go for it. Ill keep yall posted! read more

I visited this nail salon today for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. The place is really beautiful and they have the most color options I've ever seen!! Lots of massage chairs and nail stations, although there was only one person working today (Sunday). Not sure if that's usual for them. Cherry was the woman working and she was great! I actually had a fun time chatting with her during the manicure. She gave me a beautiful gel mani. This place is close to my home and the gel manicure was $39 (plus $3 charge to use a credit card). The Waterfall Nail Spa atmosphere is really nice and relaxing. The customer service is friendly compared to other nail shops but the last two times I went the bottom of my feet were barely scrubbed so like it didn't seem like I even got a pedicure. The lady I recently got was nice but it felt really rushed for me like she wanted to get it over with and mind you I was the only customer in the spa. My feet also barely soaked in the water maybe for about 30 seconds to a minute. I got a French tip and it was done nice however I just wish it wasn't so rushed and that my feet actually looked like they got scrubbed down and wish my feet were soaked for a little more. A French tip gel pedicure was 60$ and my feet didn't even get scrubbed/soaked. Gave it a second chance but it's time to find a new pedicure place. read more

While I was here Katie, the manager, took a video of my feet in the water. She did not ask me if she could do this. She just did it. When I asked her what she was doing, she said I am taking a video of the tray (with the nail stuff) and of your feet in the water. I said you didn't ask me if you could do that, and I do not want a video of my feet on your website or your TVs or anywhere else. When I said that to her she did not apologize. She just got an attitude with me. I've been coming here for years and I have sent many of my friends here as well. I don't appreciate what happened here today and I am possibly considering using another nail place in the future because of this experience. I called before I came and asked for a service they said they could provide (gel removal) and a pedicure. I mainly needed the gel removal but got a pedicure as well. They kept being weird about the gel removal the whole time I was there. I said I'm happy to pay for it but that's the main service I need. Right before I was getting color on my toes they said they were too busy to do the gel removal. There were two women working there and I was the only client. I said I called and asked for this and was told to come. She said I'm sorry but I'm too busy even though she was sitting alone in a back room the whole time. I felt they misled me to get me in there and so I left without completing the pedicure and needless to say without a gel removal which I needed imminently. They made me pay for the whole pedicure and I left tip. I don't understand why a gel removal at a nail salon should be any issue at all. Especially since they kept asking me if I wanted gel on my nails so they would have had to remove the gel I had on in order to do that and I offered to pay for the removal. I have been to bad nail salons before but I have never ever left in the middle of my service. I truly DO NOT recommend coming to Waterfall Nail Spa. read more

When I showed up they suddenly charged me $80 and acted like they were doing me a favor by giving me a $5 "new customer" discount. What a joke. I always pay $45 for hard gel and $5 for French tips elsewhere. This was my first and definitely my last time here.
