When contacted, ABC decided to deflect and blame the roof (keep in mind no issue for years before the change in gutters) as the issue. Upon requesting them to come out and take a look to fix the issue they responded it would come at a cost.. which I agreed is fine. After several attempts to get someone onsite to diagnose and repair the issue they stopped responding to me. I've since asked other professionals to review and diagnose the issue. As one can see from the photos, a drainage issue was created by installing the gutter guard under the shingle and above the drip edge which created a bump/gap and does not allow water to roll down into the gutter. The issue is exacerbated now that it's had a few years to present itself as shown by the dark staining on the plywood. I now must pay out of pocket to fix the issue at a cost equal to or greater than what ABC originally charged me for installation of all new gutters.

Jon refused to talk to me and blocked me after I texted him to save him from driving an hour to fix a problem on a Sunday! He said it was the only day he had available. We had to get another gutter service to correct his gutter issues because he couldn't make them hold water! He was contracted thru Modern Roofing but that should tell you something,,, RUN FROM THEM BOTH!!

Then it rained and my new roof freaking leaked so bad I had to use a pot due to rain water was pouring through the ceiling air vent and other water damage around the left side & front of the Fire place. I put this on Facebook, Nextdoor & filed a complaint to Yelp & the BBB because this company refuses to compensate me for the damage they caused to my ceiling & are ghosting me. Jon's seamless gutters is one Bad Joke!!!

The gutters on one of my rental properties has been needing repair work for some time. Between a contractor that ran his truck into one of the downspouts and the constant clogging of the open air gutters that have accumulated so much debris that long branches of plant growth had taken form in many parts of the roofline gutters. I was in a bit of a bind in trying to secure good quality work in short order, knowing that there would be upcoming rain, pests that take advantage of clogged drainage, and someone that was well versed and expedient in the trade. That said, I came across "Brothers Gutters" based on the one review on Yelp. Which is a shame given all that I mentioned above. When I gave a call, they answered right away and visited the property to assess what was needed and give me a quote for materials and labor. It is a rental property, and unlike many landlords, if you view and treat your properties as though they were your own personal home, you will find golden tenants to live within them. Texted me again when they were in their way. Showed up gave me a reasonable $$. When I asked when they could actually do the work, he said right now. Within an hour or so, work was done and our gutters were cleaned. We will definitely call them again.

Things went downhill fast from there. We spent 3 weeks trying to get in touch with them just to get the estimate. After nearly a dozen phone calls with their extremely unhelpful and useless receptionist, Laura, who appears to hate her job and never followed up as promised, they finally sent an estimate. Of course the estimate was more than $2000 more than what the guy told us in person it would be when he came out. If they are this bad before they've even taken money for services, I can only imagine how bad the actual service must be.

After getting blown off by another roofing company 2 times, I looked to YELP to get someone out to…read morelook at a failing soffit/fascia area next to my gutters. I called and Alex picked up immediately. Very polite on the phone and booked an appointment with him in two days. Alex arrived early, did a walk around the entire house, told me there were 2 additional areas that needed repair, he walked me outside and showed me the areas. I was sort of sick about additional areas that needed to be replaced but frankly I could see it and of course I didn't want rain water entering the house so I appreciated his keen eye on my issues. I also had a xeriscape rain barrel that I wanted hooked up to a downspout. This was done Tuesday (excellent job and added height to it to allow for better flow, innovative!) and today Thursday the main work was done and in a tidy manner and it looks great. Alex went up on the roof the first visit and took numerous pictures, diagnosed nails and missing shingles. This was awesome to show my husband all the pictures (roof is about 30 feet high and peaked so we cannot access). I highly recommend Alex and Charlotte Pro Roofing and the employees he had at my home working here (he supervised the entire job). Very professional, tidy, respectful of my questions. I even had had cobwebs that were unreachable that Alex removed for me. Now it doesn't look like a haunted house. A+++++++++++
