We originally contacted them about a patio slider and they provided the best quote, focusing on quality and what we wanted, and service. We asked them for additional help with another project that we were doing ourselves. They helped us resolve the issues we had with a different leaking window and door. They caught several problems with the advice and plans we'd been given, which saved us from long-term issues, so we ended up expanding the scope from just the patio to a door and window with them. We got the look we wanted, the safety we wanted, and it was all installed so quickly and professionally. The stucco work looks perfect and was also done very professionally. The sales representative, Gary Lee, came out to my house and brought many samples of the windows choices and hardware accessories. So convenient! Gary was very nice and knowledgeable. He explained the technology of the windows and the various options that were available. He was not a high-pressured salesman at all, which I appreciated. Gary patiently explained the lifetime warranty. So after obtaining estimates from 3 different window companies, I ended up selecting Gary with CECS. A couple weeks later, my windows were installed. They're beautiful and I love them! Fast forward 14 years later, I called Gary back because I was having an issue with a couple of windows that weren't latching. Gary very graciously came out personally after all these years and took care of the problem. He had to remove the windows to make adjustments, which resolved the problem on both windows. Gary also used a dry silicone spray, which enabled all my windows to glide so smoothly when opened and closed. He also made a couple other adjustments and my windows feel like they're brand new again. I'm so grateful to Gary for coming out and repairing/resolving the issue with my windows. He never made me feel like he was being inconvenienced - he acted as though it was a pleasure to help me! In addition to the great customer service and support I always receive from Gary, Im grateful that he always removes his shoes at my entrance, without being asked!This may not be a big deal for some people, but I appreciate it and I know most people would. Brad is a very nice guy, informative and prompt to arrive to measure. Was told possibly 2 weeks to have them fabricated. No update for another 3 weeks until I called him, was told another week or so to complete fabrication. So just like the other negative reviews I felt that it would be the same story for me, another week and so on. This negative review is in no way a criticism of the quality of Brad's work, no doubt he does good work according to the positive reviews, just needs to communicate better, shouldn't be too much trouble to keep customers up to date on a job status.
