When I called to inquire about the status of the change I was told by the receptionist that the information has not been changed yet and that she did not know when that would occur. She said another group was responsible for the change and that she did not not when the change would occur. She did not offer to follow-up with me and was very unprofessional. The staff - Roosevelt, Justin, Jada, Jalin, Lauren, Starr and all the others are pleasant, light-hearted and motivate you to reach your rehab goals. They take a personal interest in your progress (and pain) and adjust therapies, if needed, to help you get better. There's a teamwork atmosphere as everyone works together to help one another. I'm glad I was able to experience a great atmosphere that motivated me to continue to show up, do my exercises and see the improvement in my range of motion. I called office and couldn't get in touch with front Desk but spoke with call taker . The link for tele visits is apparently automated and hadn't received link .I asked what are steps should the link not come through : I was asked to reschedule. For this I'm giving office one stars . I called two many times just to try and get through to speak with doctors. Never again

Disclaimer-I visited their other office in Annapolis. After receiving a troublesome result from my…read morephysical that my primary care doctor was unable to explain I had an appointment with Dr. Ipakchi. Trying to get an appointment is challenging, but the front office called and informed me of an opening so I could be seen earlier than expected. I was really impressed by friendliness of the front staff and by the doctor's knowledge. He fully listened to my concerns and ordered another test to test his hypothesis. Luckily for me, everything went ok and I no longer need to visit this office.

They give you the straight news without fluff, but they have great personalities, too. Friendly, but serious. The administrators have been super wonderful with me, as well. I've talked to the Greenbelt person before and she's very friendly over the phone. The Annapolis rep is as well, and she's very professional but kind and friendly in person, too. Great "bedside manner," so to speak. Knows how to connect to patients, while still being very professional. I obviously don't like that I have to see a doctor, because that generally means you're not 100% healthy, but if I had to pick one, it would be Dr. Ruddick (or Dr. Ipakchi). In fairness, those are the only two I think I have ever dealt with, but they are both amazing. Hard to pick just one.
