Before we even started, we were told we had to leave a $20 tip. Once the massages began, the experience only got worse. My massage therapist left the room at least 7-10 times during my session. There was also a baby crying the entire time, which completely ruined any relaxing atmosphere. On top of that, my sisters didn't even receive proper full body massages. They weren't fully turned over during the session, and the entire experience lasted closer to 30 minutes instead of the full 60 minutes we paid for.
