Chose this place from Groupon pricing which they honored. Massage was nice did the 90 min. ($96) instead of $120. They have you undress and are covered with a thin blanket. I added the upgraded Thai oil for $10 which was only put on my back. Stones and back scrub was included. They offered a small water bottle after the massage. I would come back but the fact that they said $30 was the mandatory for a 90 min massage was awkward. I did tip $30 as well. They made my friends tip more and told them they needed too. I guess this is a Vegas thing maybe. But massage was good. I think my gal was upset I only tipped $30. read more

Found this massage location through Groupon. My husband and I did a couples massage- Swedish massage for 60 minutes with hot stones. We paid $10 extra each for essential oils. I had Cindy, and my husband had YuYu. My husband and I both felt so relaxed after. I loved how Cindy really took the time to take out my numerous knots on my back. My massage was honestly so overdue, and it was my first massage 1 year postpartum. So as you can imagine, I was very tense. Cindy also gave me a face massage which was a nice touch because I normally don't get that in other massage places. I really felt like Cindy took time on all parts of my body! I would say this has to be the absolute WORST couples massage I've ever had. From the second I walked in the staff was not inviting and rude, a woman demanded us to sit down! Massage started 5 min late and ended 5 minutes early. We had purchased the 60 min and received 50 minutes. The massage itself was very painful, I was on edge the entire time, I was visibly in pain and would literally jump at times, the transition from each body area was rough, not gentle at all. At times she would throw my arm, as if she was in a hurry or irritated. She also pinched me several times. I never felt relaxed the entire time. The therapist that worked on my husband had her cell phone ring loud twice and she proceeded to answer both calls and have full on conversations, not to mention both therapists would also have full on conversations with eachother and laugh. I felt very disrespected, like are you taking about my husband and I?? My husband mentioned his therapist breath was intolerable and he couldn't take it any longer. I couldn't wait til my service was done. Massages are supposed to be relaxing, I feel bamboozled about the whole process and wasted my time and money. We were also forced to leave a min amount gratuity. And maybe that's why these ladies did not take our massages seriously. Please do not visit this establishment. The service was fantastic, the massage from beginning to end was amazing. The professionalism impeccable. I came in for a one hour with the role of therapy back scrub, hot stone and was 100% impressed. The spot is clean and this smells amazing. They give you water when you come in and water when you leave as far as a tipping I tipped $25 which is standard for an hour it's usually what I tip for an hour. and they didn't say anything to me about the tipping.. So honestly, people are complaining about the tipping are probably just cheap. The tables are comfortable and definitely reinforced. I'm a pretty big girl. I felt very comfortable on the table. My therapist was very comfortable with massaging me.. Next time I come to Vegas, I will definitely see these people again. Excellent service, especially at the front desk. read more

Found this place while on Groupon. Price was right and they would price match. Easy to setup an appointment same day. Located on Flamingo off Decatur, it's nestled in the strip mall with plenty of parking. When I arrived, two women came out. I asked if the service was good and do they recommend anyone. They said the service was great but couldn't provide a name of either person they had. I was quickly greeted when I arrived. Before being shown to my room, I was asked to pay for the service first. Never something I'm a fan of. Luckily, the tip I could give after services were rendered. Shown to my room which had two beds. One butted up against the wall and the other not. The person that showed me the room told me to get on the bed not butted up to the wall. I got changed and laid on the table the person told me to lay on. Then the masseuse came in and asked me to change tables and then moved the table while I was on it. The masseuse seemed to know what she was doing at first. Once she started stepping on my back, legs, etc it felt she didn't. Offer of upgrades all throughout the massage which took away from the relaxation. The massage felt more like rubbing than a deep tissue massage. Once the massage was over, not water was offered like at most massage establishments. Immediately after I got to the front, I was asked what tip amount I would like. They provide a tipping suggestion with a minimum of $20. I didn't feel the service was worth a $20 tip but to avoid any further time there, I paid it and left. This price of the massage offered did not equate to the value I got from it. read more

As a client who isn't fully clothed during treatment, this disrupted my relaxation and sense of comfort. I'd recommend limiting room access to emergencies only. Ambiance Enhancement: The space could benefit greatly from aromatherapy or air fresheners. A more inviting scent would transform the atmosphere and make the experience feel more luxurious. I understand the location presents challenges, but focusing on the details you can control--like creating a soothing environment and ensuring uninterrupted service--would make a significant difference. Small touches like essential oil diffusers or plug-in air fresheners could go a long way in creating that spa-like escape clients are seeking. The massage itself was truly excellent, and with these adjustments, the entire experience would be absolutely perfect! read more

I definitely felt better afterwards. I have had Thai massages before and they usually stretch me more than this place did. Afterwards, the workers were a little pushy when it came to tipping. I had the 90 minute massage today, which they honored the Groupon price for $83. Amazing. While the massage was not the best, I would have given this place another chance if they didn't beg for MORE tip after already tipping $25, they had the nerve to ask for more!! And that's after upselling me 3x DURING the massage which I think is very unprofessional. I just wanted to leave after the third request for upgrades. I was supposedly charged $10 more for Thai style, which I agreed to, which didn't include back walking or using knees or elbow and repositioning. Then $10 for oil? Weird that they would massage without oil. And then my massage ended approximately 13 minutes early. They apparently start the time from the minute they ask you to get there, they never mention to come earlier to change and use the bathroom. It took me 8 min to use the bathroom and then change. They count all that time as the massage too. There's another Thai massage called Ciang Mai in the very same complex that I look forward to trying instead. I would never come back to Thai Apple. They should be upfront with add ons. read more
