I met with the owners Matt and Alex to discuss the scope of our project and found them to be pleasant, good listeners, polite, professional, and knowledgeable. I had an estimate in my hands in about 24 hours and when I had questions, they got back to me asap. (Some contractors can be really hard to reach!) This week, it was finally our turn in their summer line up, and they knocked it out of the park. Our new sidewalks are STUNNING. The owners and their team were polite and respectful while on our property. They kept us informed of how things were going and when they would be finished. They provided guidance on how to best care for the new concrete to keep it in good condition for years to come. I 100% recommend this top notch company for anybody who needs concrete work done. A pleasant experience from beginning to end at a competitive price, too. We'll be calling Matt and Alex again in the future for other concrete projects, guaranteed. It's the best feeling in the world to have trustworthy, skilled workers on my contractors list for building maintenance!

Would NOT recommend working with her or C&M for either selling or buying. Horrible customer service. This goes to show who Laura is as a person and what the company, C&M is all about. Clearly they do not and are not willing to work with people and do not give/offer the best option for their customers.

I called Maug Cleaning and made appointments twice for Donna to come over, look at my house, listen to what I wanted, and give me a quote. I ended up canceling both appointments because I was ashamed of the mess. Finally, I made and kept an appointment. Donna came over and put me completely at ease. She was completely non-judgmental, listened to me thoughtfully, and sent me a quote when she got back to her office. The paperwork they sent was very professional and thorough. I've had cleaning people before, but Maug Cleaning was so on top of things that I felt immediately comfortable with them. The first time Bri and Ray came, they set right to work and tackled my clutter and the dirt beneath it. It took longer than a normal visit because there was so much to do. Now that we're on a regular bi-weekly schedule, they breeze through in a little less than an hour. And they wash the floor on their hands and knees! I don't think my floor has ever been cleaned on hands and knees. Maug Cleaning rocks. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I told her that, and the attitude I received back was that this is what it would cost and I wouldn't get a good clean unless I paid this. This is where I became uncomfortable. I was told they would find a way to stick to my budget, and now if I don't do what they say I won't get good service? I signed the proposal on the word that we could work with it and play with it while I waited to hear back from their scheduler. Same time a financial emergency arose and cleaning is now entirely out of my budget. When the scheduler called, I explained the situation very kindly. She immediately jumps to "you still have to pay $70 for signing the proposal." No. That's unacceptable. I have the paperwork provided and nowhere in it does it say that a $70 fee will be assessed if you get a quote, I do remember Donna mentioning the fee if we went through and scheduled and then cancelled. I only received the bid, and under pressure from the sales girl and promise of editing - signed it. Nowhere before I signed THE PROPOSAL (not an agreement of service) did they reiterate or emphasis that this was the point of no return or a fee would be assessed if an emergency arose and I was unable to have them clean. THEY NEVER CLEANED. They provided an estimate. And now they say i owe $70. AVOID THEM! They say they care about their customers - they only care about money.

Received call was told they would be here in about 15 minutes. Aiden arrived and in less than 5…read moreminutes had water heater running. Milked out time by calling his boss (Cody), putting it on speaker phone, saying "I hear a hissing sound, I should stay and check it out, right?" Heater was out for around 18 hours, so of course it will sizzle when starting up again. Done and out door in 25 minutes. Sat in driveway to next 10-15 minutes. Was billed $237.38. Drive time of 30 minutes, an hour for labor and a additional fee of $48 to bring their first hour fee to $168 (per Cody when asked on phone). So drive time is charged at $118 an hour, pretty expensive drive for me. When we called about price of bill Cody said he would check Aiden's GPS in truck and get back to me, been 3 days, by tomorrow, since after 8 p.m. today. We will not be using Tweetgarrot again. Aiden even told us that the head company does not bother them because they make them so much money. Guess now we know how now.
