My daughter was assigned to "A is for apple" via SARC. Her Speech therapist was Ms. Katia Kuzni. I generally don't leave any feedback on any public profile but her great work forced me to give a genuine feedback here. My daughter got the speech therapy for almost 6 months. As a mother, I was initially so conscious and worried about her speech, even I didn't have any believe that this therapy will give her any kind of help. But I got wrong after going through these six months. The first thing I got to know that we parents must believe in their work and most important we should be patient to see the result in our child as it's a kind of work which bring the effects slowly and gradually and it's not machinery. Katia is so kind, patient, caring, understanding and an astounding therapist. She established a great relationship with my daughter and managed well with her all resist behaviors. My daughter learned a lot from her and she always loved to meet Katia during all her sessions. Katia knows, what-how-when therapy with a kid. She used to listen me patiently what my daughter is struggling with and always acted accordingly whenever needed. Even all of her guidance helped me a lot for my daughter. She's really so committed and hard working therapist. The most important, she knows how emotionally she should attach with a kid to help them in their development. I wanted to continue with this therapy but my insurance doesn't help me better. Well, I would highly recommend this institution as I always observed that they care and help each kid with a special priority. We have been receiving ABA for our child for a year and a half... and our practically non communicative 3 year old,full of tantrums and unable to make even a 3 word sentence... now speaks endlessly,is curious and full of questions ... this miraculous change in our child is first of all by God's mercy and well administered ABA. The program director Jeff and the clinical coordinator Nancy, who we have currently, are gold. We were blessed with some equally sincere technicians and are very thankful. Yes they are a costly service provider and insurance should be able to support it for us to be able to use it.. Speech therapy is different from ABA and not yet administered in home, and it has wait time too ( i had enquired for my other child as it has been a good experience for my older one.) Techs ,do change after 2-4 months. .. but child learns to adjust to new people.Of all the technicians we had the pleasure of working with,only one was incompetent and upon my complaint (n perhaps others too complained,)they graciously understood and pulled that tech off of all her cases. Angelica from scheduling has always been helpful to make our experience as smooth as possible. If your diagnosis is mild autism... highly reccommend. read more

Marilyn our CEO is the best you could ever ask for. She is very supportive and is always open to new ideas. I have been part of this company for over five years new and have witnessed the great growth and experienced the outstanding work environment A is for Apple has provided for their employees. This is really an elite company. This company provides is what we call a full services house. We provide speech therapy, occupational therapy, ABA therapy and Early Intervention therapy services. The therapists here in all the different departments collaborate and hold monthly trainings where all the different disciplines collaborate and work together which enable us to provide the excellent care and services to all of our clients. A is for Apple is such a sought out company that parents from everywhere are scrambling to try to get their kids services here. The only draw back is when you are such a sought out company parents have to be patient and wait their turn for an opening to come up so that their child can begin to receive services here. read more

My son has been receiving ABA services and speech therapy through A is for Apple for the past three years. We were originally referred by San Andreas Regional Center and after my son was medically diagnosed with autism A is for Apple helped us by verifying our insurance and billing for ABA and Speech services. The company's insurance department made things easy for us. The ABA Department team is very well organized. We have had great help with my son. They have wonderful BCBA's, LCSW's, LMFT's and really train their ABA therapists well. The Speech and OT Department is amazing and the A is for Apple campus is beautiful. Our son never wants to leave. It is so child friendly and tons of therapy toys are provided for the children. Our therapy team collaborates with each other all the time and makes us feel confident that our son is in good hands. This is the most prestigious ABA, Speech, Occupational and Early Intervention Company in Silican Valley and my wife and I feel so blessed that we have been able to get services for our son at A is for Apple. read more

Therapists here are incredible (we have worked with no less than 10). My son's (ASD) is completely a changed kid. Once working with with the ABA, Speech, and Occupational professionals. Best part is my son loves his therapy. He has a great time working with everyone. It is clear that all the employees from the folks at the front to the therapists really love children and care about their families. The CEO, Marilyn is an amazing person. I had the honor of meeting her and she was so accommodating and helpful. I really commend her for building such an amazing company with such competent staff for our community. They also do great paperwork so once you are referred they move fast, which in the beginning is so important. Billing/insurance is professional and easy. I highly recommend A is for Apple. My son has been receiving Occupational Therapy services from A is for Apple, inc for about three years. Angelica Pham, the assigned therapist is amazing. She is not only technically strong but also naturally loving and know how to efficiently instruct the client. She works very hard and we're happy and appreciate her service. Angelica has been very supportive and our son is making progresses with her dedication. I think that Angelica deserves more credit and acknowledgement for her excellence. Jackie Daoud is the worst clinical supervisor and she will set up the family for failure. Her program does not work and she is a passive aggressive bully. She makes very abrupt decision and not discussing with family and destroying everything that's working. Stay away from her because she's fake and pretends to be nice in front of you. She's creates problems and havoc. She should lose her license. read more

My son has been receiving services since January 2017. Jacob has improved dramatically with his problem behaviors. I have learned different techniques to help guide him through his challenging behaviors. His technician is always prompt to the scheduled sessions. My son is under 2 years old and I have been fighting to get him into speech and ABA therapy and this is the first company that has help me work the whole thing out!
