My daughter has bad reflux and difficulties taking the bottle which was really stressful for me. Prior to the appt Jennifer called me to do an intake to discuss my daughter's case and answered all my questions. She made me feel comfortable and confident about working with her from the start. When we met her in person, she was very warm and friendly. During her physical exam and assessment she noticed things that other providers did not. It is very clear to me that she is passionate about her job and cares about her patients and their families. The appointments never felt rushed and she frequently gave us extra time. I really appreciated her upbeat attitude and empathetic nature. My experience with her was night and day compared to my experience seeing the pediatric occupational therapist at Kaiser who did not help me nor my baby at all. My baby did end up getting better and the process of feeding became less stressful. Unfortunately we lost insurance coverage and couldn't continue with her. When that happened she called me to check-in, answered my questions, sent me detailed pamphlets about starting solids and said that I could always reach out to her if I had questions even though I was discharged from her clinic. I am very grateful for her care and guidance and highly recommend her. If my baby has difficulty with solids I will plan to return to her even if insurance doesn't cover it.

Moira and her staff are truly special people and I appreciate their neurodiversity-affirming, child-led, respectful approach to OT. She gave me a lot of helpful tips for developing his fine motor skills as well. When you have a child who is developmentally delayed and/or neurodivergent, you hear ALL DAY LONG from professionals about their deficits, what's "wrong" with them, how they're different from their peers, etc, and it's honestly depressing. Moira was one of the few professionals who spoke of my son from a strengths-based perspective which I really appreciated. I would definitely recommend this practice to any parent whose child needs OT.

The doctor walked in and took their time asking about how I'd been feeling and listened closely without interrupting. They took notes while I spoke and didn't act rushed, which made the visit feel more genuine. After hearing me out, they gave some suggestions and explained why those steps made sense. The assistant was also kind and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the time there. They gave me a sheet with instructions at the end which helped me remember what we discussed. The workers are using the equipment and working out while they just tell you what exercise to do with no supervision. After every exercise you are to walk over and ask for the following routine. The assistant's are students that have no knowledge so they can't even give you proper guidance. By the way the fact that the students are so young they're often having side conversations amongst themselves and having personal conversations. This facility runs their business in a very unprofessional manner. Do not join this clinic by any means. You will not see any improvement but you'll be super knowledgeable in the Gen Z lingo. This is strictly a self guided facility which I've never experienced or even knew it was a thing. The fact that you're unsupervised is impractical. You're constantly uncertain if you have the proper form. I wasted my time, money, and health for 4 months here. I gave them more than enough time to prove me wrong. Once I was feed up with the lack of help, I gave them my feedback mid session and they ended it right then and there. They were not open to constructive feedback which pushed me out even quicker. No business will ever last if they can't listen to their customer's concerns.

She called me back after receiving my voicemail, and talked to me at length about how her therapy differs from others. All my friends said if someone oversells something, it's definitely not good. I had not much to lose and it was close enough for me to manage. Boy! was I suprised! That's an understatement. Every single session brought profound change. 'Bliss' is what I describe what I see after every session in a normally happy child. Gestures came out, expressive language skills sky rocketed, bi-lateral coordination improved, social skills improved, interactivity improved. Coginitive functions improved. We have been there for little over 6 months, I can't even remember how the kid was when we started. We are at a totally different level and I feel confident with every single session. Also, I haven't met a therapist who is so confident and assures us that our kids will be fine the way she does. She truly means it with all her heart. She is very confident in her therapy and so we see the results. She is as dedicated as one can be in her art of sensory processing. She is the best thing that happenned to us and I am grateful for GOD to lead us to her. She is also the best counselor when I go to her after a bad report from school. She boosts my morale instantly. She is always available, I report an issue or share input she responds immediately. At one time, I panicked after a school report and she was on vacation and I messaged what I can do about it. She called me, while on her vacation and spent over an hour over the phone, her personal time, reassuring me sensing my anxiety. I cannot think of anybody other than my family members being with me in such tough times. She spends way beyond an hour for the therapy sessions we go to with things like this. She is family that you don't know you need in the special needs journey. I wish she trains some OTs to expand her practice to make her services available for wider public. They are so needed for so many kids. Every dollar we spend is completely worth it. I say even if you have to mortgage your house to afford her therapy, go for it. That will be the best investment that will reap rewards down the road and save you so much anxiety after you see the kind of progress you wish to see in your child. As you see in other reviews this is a consistent experience for every client she sees. She never lets a client go, it is not believable that nobody ever stops her therapy to change to a different provider. She is the one stop shop. You will never need to look elsewhere and you WILL feel fully taken care of.

It took nearly three months to secure appointments for my son. The initial appointments were scheduled incorrectly, and I then had to complete additional paperwork to have them corrected, which resulted in further delays in care. Communication from the office has been inconsistent -- each time I called, I spoke with a different staff member and had to re-explain the entire situation. There was also confusion regarding appointment times, despite me notifying the office about schedule changes in advance. That said, I want to be very clear that the therapists -- particularly Ms. Nicole -- have been wonderful. She is passionate, attentive, and clearly cares deeply about her patients. The clinical care itself has been positive. It's unfortunate that the administrative side does not reflect the same level of organization and professionalism as the therapists. I truly hope the practice can improve its scheduling and communication systems, because the clinicians deserve that support. For families who have flexible schedules, this may be a good fit. However, for two working parents who need consistency and clear communication, it was not sustainable for us.
