The gentleman, I presume his name is Gunna, was very polite and we set up a time for him to pick up a somewhat heavy piece of furniture. He and his assistant were so nice and careful that I asked them to help my relative move within her apartment complex. I could see they would be careful with her furniture, since they were careful with the piece of furniture she wanted to junk, taking great care not to hit the walls or doorways. I cannot praise these two men enough for their work moving my family members' furniture down the stairs and through tight doors. They were time efficient, but very cautious, and they charged us a reasonable fee. Other movers wanted us to pay for their travel with a truck on top of the time spent performing the actual move, even though no truck was necessary. Other movers wanted us to commit to a date weeks in advance, which we could not comfortably do, because we had a lot of preparation work to complete before we could do the actual move without pressure. Gunna was very flexible and their pleasant manners were a welcome salve to assuage the stress of moving. I seriously could see calling them for a small job just to partake of their respect and kindness!

They still did the job for the same amount even after respectfully telling me it was double the amount of bags I had said.
