They offer a wide range of services, including microneedling, laser treatments, tattoo removal, and more, and the entire space has a polished, high-end feel without being intimidating. Angela's treatment room is lovely and comfortable, and she has a way of making the whole experience feel relaxed while still being extremely precise and professional. By the end of the call, we were able to resolve the matter fairly (in my opinion, at least). I really appreciate her willingness to see the situation from my perspective and her taking accountability for the misleading wording on the website. I'm now taking back my comment about the spa being "shady," since it has become clear that this was an honest mistake. However, I still stand by my concern that the membership terms and wording should have been much clearer from the beginning. I'm glad Balm took my concerns seriously and made an effort to make things right. I hope the website will be updated soon to provide more clarity, so issues like this can be avoided in the future. I had 2 laser hair removal treatments here. While the service was nothing to write home about, the way this business handles its memberships is incompetent at best and shady at worst. I signed up for their LARGE LASER MEMBERSHIP, which is advertised on their website as having the benefits of "Any 1 Extra-Large Laser" and "Any 2 Large Laser" each month, with savings of $304/month and a retail value of $603 (screenshot below). Maybe I'm delusional, please let me know, but how is anyone supposed to interpret that wording as anything other than 1 extra large + 2 large services included? Even their own membership portal shows 3 separate coupons for these 3 services. I had my extra large laser with no issue, but when I came back for the 2 large services, the tech told me I actually had to choose between the extra large and 2 large services (?). I ended up having to cancel my appointment and go home. Their manager reached out via text and basically admitted that the wording on the website AND the membership portal is misleading, and that I actually did have to choose between the 2 options. I asked for a refund because I wouldn't have purchased the membership had the terms been clearly stated. Of course, they refused. At this point, I've given up on trying to get a refund. I don't have the time or energy to keep going back and forth with these people. I'm posting this as a PSA for anyone considering signing up for any of their laser memberships: ask a lot of questions before giving them your money.

After my last fill with another salon I decided not to go back and get my fill done with Jaime instead and so happy I picked her! I know my lashes aren't as thick so they can't be exactly what I want but she did it! They're fluffy and have random long ones which I like! I'm so picky and so over going to someone new every time but I think that has come to an end, finally! Literally one thing will keep me from going back to someone, but there isn't one bad thing I can really say about her work! Good: she's gentle can barely feel anything, bed is the comfiest I've laid on, takes her time, asks what you like , gives you a awesome goody bag, teaches you how to clean lashes, brushes them throughly often throughout the process, eyes didn't burn, eyes didn't feel teary, no lashes stuck to the bottom, she did my bottom lashes for free!! She did a fill (from someone else's work) and then recommended a complete removal and new set at the next visit. She also gave me a goodie bag with lots of fun little surprises and a coffee mug I actually use in the morning :) Not to mention, provided the most thorough education I've received to date on how to take care of my natural lashes and the extensions. I've been seeing her religiously every 2 weeks since the move and highly recommend her! Great music & great conversation throughout the visits. I have never had any skin pulled off with the wax like I have at many other places. She offers a 3 brow wax for $60 pre-paid deal which is what I opt for.
