Just looked at me and said "if it's not on that shelf we don't have it." Awful customer service. You should at least look into it and offer an alternative (which they did have but I had to hunt for it. I will Not be returning because of the lack of care for customers. They responded almost immediately and remained very easy to get ahold of through the entire experience. They stayed a bit after hours for us to view the camper, answered all our questions, and - part of what we enjoyed the most - applied absolutely NO pressure to purchase whatsoever! Not once did we ever feel like we were being talked into a purchase. They wanted us to do what was best for our family and it was obvious! It had primary and secondary codes, and that was the end of the transaction. The light turned off, then on again this week dominant to O' Reilly's instead. The man at the counter printed the diagnostic, then without any provocation from me, explained what the issue likely was based on experience, what to try first, the parts I'd need, and the tool I could borrow to get it done. He walked me to my vehicle and showed me exactly where the part was located and how it was attached so I could get a sense for myself what would be involved in doing the fix ourselves.
