We called him back 1 1/2 hours later, no answer. We tried again 1 1/2 hours later, again no answer. We had been trying to get our car in to have the paint touched up for the previous 5 MONTHS!! Each week he would say "Call me at the end of the week" and then would tell us at the end of the week that he couldn't get us in. Showed him the app that had my policy. He was kind enough to escort me to their waiting area.
