He had a Sea-Doo programmer charged a very fair price, but was unable to do it. His programmer was too old for my model year. He recommended another shop and it worked out successfully. My friend also has a 2000 Sea-Doo GTX 951 twin carb. Scott came out for free to the street looked over the ski and told him everything that needs to be done and told him the top three things to watch out for on that particular model. Scott is also busy year-round. His yard is full and a coworker of mine worked for him while it's still in high school and said he is the wizard of old-school two strokes. Mike and Kristen have helped me with several repairs and upgrades to my Placecraft over the past year. Each time, they've done great work at a fair price and treated me like a friend. Our family rented the Jet Ski for the entire day, 8 full hours without any issues. We rode this thing almost non stop and only used half a tank! It fits two adults perfectly, goes fast, and was such a smooth ride. This is definitely a must on our next trip! Upon entering the park, I was told I would have to pay $20 to retrieve my broken boat. I couldn't believe it. I've had to be towed to a launch ramp one time in the past. The compassionate employees at Topock 66 understood my dilemma and let me quickly recover my boat with no charge. I guess they figured I'd already had a bad enough day. No such luck at Needles Marina. So much for common decency. The $20 they made on me that day has lost them the hundreds of dollars I spend there on my two annual trips. Unconscionable.
