Premier Sports has serviced our boat since 2021. On Monday, Labor Day, we had a problem with the boat not starting (starved for gas). Called Premier about getting it in to be fixed. Crystal and Mike agreed to look at it and we dropped it off on Tuesday and we picked it up three days later on Friday. They had to rebuild the carb as the float was sticking. Kudos for getting us in and the boat running. Great customer service and Mike always explains what the problem was and makes time for his customers. We will be back again! read more

Premier Sports has always been a great shop, took my boat in for gimbal bearing replacement and he found more then what was expected. Dropped the boat off at 8:30am and was ready for pick up before 3pm. Mike allowed me to pick up the next morning. He also recommended some future service. Unfortunately if we could have given a 0 score we would. Our story began a year ago when we fueld up in Page AZ(July 2022) and evidently there was water in the fuel-blown fuel pump. We store our boat in Needles and have used Premier for oil changes etc. We called them as soon as we got to CA and were told they could not get to our boat for weeks- so they picked it up at storage. Weeks later after the wrong part was ordered the first time, we were assured that the boat was 100% fixed (Sept. 2022). Due to health issues we were unable to get the boat on the water until this July. Same failure. My husband took it to Premier July 5th thinking that we would be greeted by great customer service and appologies. Just the opposite. Mike said that"whatever the problem is it was not his work and provided no warranty for work done" because who knows what we have done in the meantime, even though my husband begged him to look at the motor hours proving that there literally only 10 minutes more that when he made his supposed repair. He refused and said he would not even consider looking at it unti September. We will never give this business a good review. This review is long over due. We found this place a while back when we would come to the river/lake every summer. I only used them for a couple of times for just a couple little things over the years. My boat was always stored in California, so I always had my boat serviced and repaired there. We recently bought a house in Bullhead City and now keep the boat there. The boat had not been started and used in over three years. I had a bunch of unexpected medical issues that kept me off the water for that period of time. Well, I called and brought the boat in to get going again. Mike was awesome, after talking over what all I wanted, he said he would get started and see what it needed. Anyway, he only fixes what needs to be fixed or serviced, and doesn't try to sell you any unnecessary repairs or service. I was shocked when they called the next day to say it was done. It ended up not needing as much done as I thought. I think this was the first and only time I came away from a boat repair shop for much less than I had anticipated in my mind. I'm planning to get a couple of Sea Doo's next season and this where I will bring them for any needed service or repair. Super honest people are hard to find, and Mike and Chrystal are top notch! read more

Mike walked me through trouble shooting it and then through the fix. Patient, helpful and knowledgeable. Prices on parts are fair. Cannot thank them enough for this experience. We've been coming here for at least 11 years, they always take care of us. This season we had been having what we thought were sensor problems. We told them just replace all sensors so we don't have any worries, could have been a bill of upwards of $1,100 to $1,300! Picked the boat up, $125!!! Premier is great! I've been taking my boat there since I purchased it in 2010. They do absolutely great work. I've never had a complaint. I can't speak highly enough of them. I recently screwed up and took my boat somewhere else. What a mistake. I ended up having to take it to Premier anyway to correct the problems the other repair shop created. I won't make that mistake again. As others have mentioned, it can take a while to get on their schedule, but it's definitely worth the wait to know your boat will be taken care of. read more
