Well we went in to ask if would be opening up since the lights were on. The owner greeted us and said oh the girl just went home sick but I have time I can open the store for you. As we waiting for her, she was so gracious to the guest she was assisting and her other staff as she explained the situation and excused herself. So our sweet girls got to on their annual shopping spree at their favorite store in Leavenworth thanks to her. I can't remember her name but she was so friendly and loved helping the girls pick things out and show them all the toys and accessories in the shop. We have gone to both shops for the last 5 years on our annual trip to Leavenworth and every time the experience is exceptional. What a treat! I…read morehoped they would be good...but they're GREAT! I ordered online, requested 2-3 day shipping and my daughter's dress arrived THE NEXT DAY! The dress is in perfect condition, was packaged carefully, priced competitively and we're just tickled that it all happened so fast. The dress was a tiny bit different than the picture online but our experience with customer service more than made up for it. We actually knew this might happen. The exact type of petal (we bought a dress with removable flower petals in tulle) sent by the manufacturer is apparently not guaranteed. But you can add your own flowers (isn't that genius!?) so it's no big deal. When I called 'Forget me not' about the petal discrepancy, they were incredibly understanding, helpful and quick to let us know that they would give us our money back if we weren't completely satisfied. Good work Forget me not! There are online retailers out there who offer the same product for more money and they have notoriously terrible service! I hope everyone starts turning to you for an easy flower girl (or communion, or ???) dress buying experience!

We wanted to exchange the bag we had for a different style. At first we were disappointed that we couldn't reach anyone on the phone and didn't get an email reply, but we re-sent the email and got a quick response from them. Although their return policy on their website states a 7-day return/exchange policy, they were happy to work with us and even refunded the difference to our credit card!! I give them a 4-star because it was a bit tough to get in touch with them, but once we did, they were more than happy to work with us and they even sent the new bag priority!
