No cancellation message. When we called they said no shuttles were running in March. Why did they take my money, send a confirmation email and a reminder email!!! They left me stranded. The busses were always very clean. And drivers were always friendly. The best thing was I could just sit back and relax and leave the driving to them. I was always amazed at the huge amount of traffic. And our bus driver knew the shortcuts to the airport because busses have a special lane, and could pass up all the cars, and not have to wait in a long line of traffic. Thus the bus driver got us to Airport much quicker than I could have just driving my car. I highly reccomend.
