The SUV, Lincoln MTC, was clean and stocked with water at all times. He was on-time and always had our itinerary on his mind. For example, at one tasting the host was slow and we needed a sandwich. I ordered the sandwich via an online portal and Michael picked it up. I didn't ask him to pick it up. I told him via text that we needed to stop at this deli. Things like this are the little things that make hiring him a plus. This helped us stay on schedule for our next tasting. He is a local and knows the area. I highly recommend him. I HIGHLY recommend Michael and 4M Elite Car Service. We recently hired him to take 4 of us to/from Napa to SFO for a birthday trip to Mexico. From beginning to end, Michael provided excellent service. His communication was timely and excellent, he was very flexible when I needed to shift the time both directions due to flight changes, he's got a gorgeous and immaculate vehicle and he's a very good driver. On top of all of that, his rates are far better than any of the other services I found when I did my initial research. On our departure, he picked us up in the middle of the night in a rain storm and got us to the airport without any issue or stress. On our return trip a week later, we were telling him how much fun we had learning salsa and that we wanted to find a local class now that we were home. He mentioned one of his other customers who lives in our town just happened to be in Mexico at the moment doing a salsa dance competition.
