My issue is their exchange policy…read more When you're in the store, everything is lit up is so you can't see how much light a fixture emits or how it lights up, because it's so bright in there. We ordered three lights back in May (I think) and they were just installed. They were installed with no issue and the two gentlemen did a great job. I have no complaints or issues to write about. Once it finally got dark and we turned on the kitchen light, we realized we didn't like it. I called and asked if we could exchange it for a different one and was told "because wires had been cut and it's already mounted on the ceiling, it can't be returned." That is a stark contrast to what the sales associate told me. She said we could return it. I'm really annoyed at the whole situation. So I'll leave you with this, find out the return/exchange policy BEFORE installation. If the policy is awful like theirs and you still want to purchase from them, while in the showroom, ask them to turn off all the lights in the area so you can see what the light looks like. I'm pretty bummed because I enjoyed looking at the lights and have made many purchases over the years here. I think I'll take my money elsewhere. I'm sure it's no skin off their backs, but now I have a light I don't want to even turn on. Also, price check before purchasing. I found two lights cheaper elsewhere shortly after purchasing. Thankfully, they price matched.
