Brand new to State Farm! After having another car insurance company for about 10 years, I have decided to make the switch to State Farm for 2 main reasons. 1) customer service! I am a true believe in this. After I was hit by a drunk driver and had serious damage to my car, my last insurance provider could have tried to fake some compassion, or at the very least, done their job. I would call and email multiple times a day and week only to get minimal or rude responses. I did not appreciate being treated like an inconvenience as a paying customer. So, when my mom became a part of the State Farm Family with Beth's office, she RAVED about the quality service and I knew I wanted to switch...even if it was a little more expensive. Which leads me to my second reason...2) competitive pricing for excellent coverage! I thought I couldn't get any cheaper than what I had, until I was quoted me a cheaper monthly cost for more coverage with State Farm. I was fully prepared to pay a little more, but when I heard my monthly price--it was a no brainer. I get to now sleep easy knowing I have amazing service & coverage at a CHEAPER price than what I already had. I forgot the previous gentleman name, he was so real, humble, kind, always going the extra mile, to make sure his clients feel @ ease....Mrs. Beth is nice as well & yes we had our differences in the past like when state farm did not pay for damages on one of our vehicles b/c we were NOT COVERED UNDER UNINSURED MOTOR VEHICLE COVERAGE!!!! Meaning, like if you are on the freeway and someone has a truck and belongings fall off the truck like metal chairs etc...or someone hits your vehicle and flees from the location..STATE FARM will not pay out...Nope it never got resolved & I had to pay for all the damages... However, now I know what to do... moving forward. I was always comparing prices with other companies believe it or not STATE FARM was always the lowest deal. Even, if you try to go with a company claiming cheaper rates don't fall for it... Like we did on one of our vehicles and we did not get the same quality service like Mrs. Beth office staff offers...Therefore, I have been consulting with Mrs. Janet H. In regards to getting another family member covered and asking so many vital questions to our plan. I was on the phone with her for a few hours & she was so kind, patient, soft spoken voice, calm, & if she did not have the answer, she will ask. All the staff is also so kind. However, Mrs. Janet H. Your service is A+++! Fast response and always helpful! I am 100% satisfied! Also, the rate was pretty good.", however, wish one day the prices will come down !!!
