No one answers the phones, and if you're lucky enough to get through, expect to wait at least 30 minutes. It's frustrating and unprofessional, especially when you need immediate assistance. Who here thinks $800 is a reasonable broker fee? What about a $1,500 broker fee? What about integrity? Like, i get it we all have to eat but don't feast from my plate. What about professionalism? My agent/broker was dressed more professional than the "manager" (the dress couldn't get any shorter) Jesus Christ.... where do I even start guys?? For paying such a big broker fee or realistically (money thrown right into the trash) i should at least be getting help from my "agent/broker" and not be sent straight to customer service. This is by far the worst possible insurance broker to go through. There was a fee for everything, including payments on my policy. They don't know what it means to contact a customer properly if there are issues with payments. Everyone with a cell phone has a voicemail, use it, and leave a message with a call back number. I do it all the time at my job. And icing on the cake was being charged a cancellation fee even though my policy ends within a few weeks.
