Well what can I say they're a bunch of crooks honestly they scammed me at their Westminster location and they scammed me here. The BRANCH MANAGER his name was DAVID M. GONZALEZ completely and utterly fucked up I have no idea how he got to the position that he has. Wait I do know they all cover for each other. Soo it all started last March I went in to get a policy since I had given my car to my brother in law and I had gotten a new one meaning I needed to cancel one policy and start a new one. Well I started a new one and he never notified the other insurance of the cancellation so come April I was charged for the insurance of I car that I didn't have anymore and for my cars insurance. Of course I get upset and call him up since their phone lines suck I got forwarded to another office and they're useless and tell me I need to speak with on him. After multiple attempts I was finally able to get into contact with him. He said he didn't know what happened but that he would basically resolve the issue and get my money back. He didn't. Shocker. Once May came I yet again was charged for the other insurance it wasn't until I spoke to the old branch manager from their Santa Ana location on Harbor that they sent a single fax to the insurance letting them know to cancel and pay me back well the insurance only payed me back less than a months worth of coverage because of some bullshit excuse. BUT HERE'S THE BEST PART when I called corporate to file a complaint against him here's what they basically said "well I will open an investigation but I don't see in the paper work that he did anything wrong" in which I told him "so you're not going to do anything and nothing is going to happen because you said he did nothing wrong" and he said "I'll investigate but from what I can see he didn't do anything wrong" yeah no shit he didn't do his job that's why I was charged. So yes they all cover for each other, and if you try to complain they cover up the issue so nothing gets resolved. I ended up going to another broker now not affiliated with them and don't go to the one on Santa Ana he works there now as the branch manager. BUYER BEWARE.....a bunch of cons!!! The broker, Hector who assisted me never went through each paper that I was signing and nor did he ever provide me with a copy of what I signed. I was surprised that $200 was taken out of my account without me being aware that he had added an additional $200 down without me knowing anything about it. I have gone thru corporate and the broker to get a refund back as I feel I was scammed into paying an additional $200 without be advised of it. The broker advised me he eventually put in a request for my refund of $200 but I'm I only got $100 of it back. I guess next step is reporting them to BBB as well as Dept of Insurance. read more

Not sure if it's this office with the rude-ass call center but those people hate their job and it shows. I used to work call center and I understand that the job is tedious and it is an endless hell of dials but thats not MY fault you hate your job. They call and you tell them no politely and they huff and just hang up on you, like they are humanly incapable of even closing it out politely. I was called twice in the span of one morning both times telling them no and to take Me off the list. The first guy hung up; which was fine but the SECOND guy wow I wish I remembered his name. He was terrible. Arguing with me about WHY I picked up "iF I DiDnT wAnT tO bE cALLeD" as if I owed him an explanation. I explained that I recognized the number and picked up to let them know I has been called earlier in the morning and he kept arguing with me telling me it didn't happen. It wasn't him who called me but why is this something to argue about? On top of that I asked him if arguing and prying was part of his training, since he was so entitled to know how i run my business and proceeded to tell me I was making excuses "like everyone else" and would say I shouldn't have put my number in the system then if I didn't want to get called. I mentioned to him that as a business woman I get calls from clients I don't recognize because they are new and want to book an appointment. SIR THATS WHY I SAID TO TAKE ME OFF THE LIST LOL.
