Had the hot rocks added and it was worth it. A little pricy for sure but the value was there. Facilities - I thought the sauna room would have more options like red light or salt room but overall pretty average. The dressing room was nice and had mostly all the amenities. No first responder discount which was disappointing. Also please put some chairs outside the doors so we have somewhere to sit if we arrive before 930am waiting for you to open.

The ugly: The massage started out fine - other than the therapist stating that he didn't care for/about the aromatherapy products they offer as part of the massage. Like, okay. Let's do something anyway! He kept scratching my neck with his fingernail. Then he eased off my calf after I said ouch, but I said I think we can finish with that leg, but he kept going. Definitely going to bruise. His motions were abrupt from the beginning, but got increasingly rushed and anxious. His massage was rushed and fast. Moving around the room, he was opening drawers hard and sitting down hard. By the end, I asked if he wouldn't mind slowing down as he was rubbing my next and it was making me anxious he was going so fast! I'm not an anxious person. I thought I could maybe relax the stressful massage off in the steam room, but as I mentioned above, it was off. The real ugly: The final insult to injury - 18% service charge plus gratuity. Total cost - $323 for just barely 80 minutes of a sometimes painful, ultimately stressful massage. The front desk was uninterested in my experience. I hate leaving bad reviews, but save your money massage and/or spa lovers!

Several of the pieces are also made in South America, not engaging with the Native communities right here in CO.

She advised me that one was more relaxing in her technique while the other specialized in a more methodical approach. I chose the latter because she said she also had Thai-massage training/expertise. This was originally going to be a one star review, based on my experience with that first masseuse. I will not say her name, but none of the other reviews mention this person, so maybe just request one of the names you find with kind regards in the reviews and you'll be safe. I knew off the bat that this wasn't going to go well. First of all, my fault for assuming... I won't expand on that. But this kid put all her weight on me and I felt nothing, but heard her bones/joints cracking every time she tried to apply pressure. She had no consistency in her technique and it lacked fluidity. Her hands were off me half the time so there was a major disconnect there. The one or two times that she was doing good in an area she'd stop after a 2 or 4-count (yep, I had started to count by this point) and wouldn't follow through or repeat that movement in the adjacent area. It was supposed to be a 90 minute session, but it only lasted 75 minutes, and again, no hands were on me for about half of that time. Then she rushed me as I was getting dressed at the end. I was so annoyed leaving that room! So why is this a 4-star review? 1- Because of the 5-star customer service from the lady at the front desk. She could sense my dissatisfaction and made the effort to make it right. She did not charge me for that session. She offered to put me with another masseuse, who she promised did excellent work. Furthermore, she offered to still allow me to get the new client rate if I rebooked. Great! 2 - I returned a few days later for an hour session with Shay. This woman is phenomenal! The room temperature was perfect. My table warmers were on, just like I love them to be. She asked all the questions to make sure my experience would be top notch. I was so relaxed that I actually fell asleep. My session actually lasted the full hour too. The only thing I'd do different next time is book a longer session with Shay. (My only tiny complaint was that the music volume was a little too high, but I didn't mention it.) I was in such a state of euphoric bliss after that session that I felt like I was floating. (Is this what it feels like to be high??) Also, I slept like a baby that night, and awoke feeling amazing! So yes, it was a complete bust the first go 'round. But these employees and/or management team really know how to de-escalate a situation and turn it around from a one-star experience to a 5-star experience. I would 100% return the next time I'm in CO.

Massage therapists who become an Elite massage therapist you have to pay $99 ( as a member) For a Master therapist you have to pay $109 for 60 mins ( actual massage time 50 mins) Their wealthy company does not pay that difference but the client does. in my opinion, that is a total "rip off" If you leave a 20% tip it is another $24 If you don't leave a tip the front desk tells that is how they make their money. I just feel that this is not acceptable and will not recommend Elements to any of my clients.

Jenny was the one that helped me out that day. She was very nice kind and very patient with me. I felt super embarrassed because I was puking and I had a little puke container with me, but she was completely unfazed by it. Building itself is very, pretty very modern very open and Clean which definitely brings in a good vibes into the business which is nice, especially if if you're feeling unwell I got the Myer's Cocktail which was $170. They added Zofran for $40 but you have to speak to a medical provider first then they will administer it. I feel so much better. IVs work! I wasn't a believer but after getting sick on my weight loss medication, this has been a miracle. It's pricey but you will pay anything when you feel like death thank you Jenny!
