On August 15th I lost my best loyal friend, my Skittles. I want to send my deepest gratitude to an very professional organization who cared for my best friend since he was 2 years old until his last breath. If you want true caring professionals for your dog, Hamilton Mill is the place to go. Thank You. For my lost friend: It was that I grew frail and weak And pain kept me from my sleep, Then you did what had to be done, For this -- the last battle -- can't be won. I cannot recommend this clinic based on my experience. From my perspective, this felt like a…read moremoney-making practice rather than patient care. I brought in a stool sample after personally seeing worms in my dog's stool and paid $60 for a fecal examination. The clinic reported that no parasites were found, which directly contradicted what I observed in the sample I submitted. Instead of addressing this discrepancy, I was told I would have to pay for another office visit before my dog could receive any treatment. Paying for a test that produced results I cannot reconcile with what I witnessed, and then being asked to pay again, was extremely disappointing. I have requested the laboratory report and a review of my case. If this matter is not resolved satisfactorily, I will file a complaint with the Georgia State Board of Veterinary Medicine

They are super attentive and concerned and very good with both our dog and cat. They offer a variety of services, food, and treats for your pet. We have used their boarding services before and it was nice to know that if there was an emergency they were already at their vet and things could be taken care of. They're always willing to listen to my thoughts and concerns, and take that into consideration with whatever the need or appointment is for, but always give me all the options and are real with me. I totally trust their judgment at the end. They also offer a loyalty program you can ask about, I wish it was done a little differently, but it has definitely helped and saved us $$$ a few times.

I had a great experience here. Made an online appt for a complete exam which included vaccines,…read moreblood work, lab tests and a physical exam. Definitely necessary when your dog starts getting older. The total cost was $229. You call when you're parked, and they get some info from you. Bring your pet in, and the tech will take them to the back to do everything. The doctor will call you within 30 mins to give you updates on everything. You don't have to stay in the waiting room, but we opted to stay. The invoice is also paid online. They text you a link to go to. All their paperwork is printed out and put into a plastic folder, so that was really handy. I did tell them that my pet already had a 3-year rabies, but they still gave her the vaccine. The only issue we had was getting the birthdate wrong. Usually it wouldn't be an issue, but petco denied my heartgard order because the birthdate was different on their records. No biggie though, I found the dates they had and just changed it to match. Overall I would love to continue coming here. The vet is great, and he does explain a lot, but sometimes he talks so fast that I can't absorb all the medical info he's telling me hahaha. The tech was super sweet with the dogs and was very friendly with us. She was also very welcoming about asking the vet any questions we had and providing us recommendations. I also like that everything is digital. They have an app that has all your pet's info. They also email you all estimates and RXs.

Now Dr. Neal is there (and owns the practice now, I believe) and he has been spot on with diagnoses. He is very conscientious of cost as well. I couldn't ask for anything more. I moved away and still drive almost an hour to this practice.
